I got a Ruby ring from there. Compared to other jewelry stores, they had the ring that spoke to me. I'm also happy with the free customer cleaning service they offer.

This place is the best in town. My ring was so small on my finger, i got into the store at my lunch time left my ring with Bob the owner (great guy) and left to eat my lunch by the time i came back my ring was like a brand new ring and was the right size i need. I absolutely love Disinger's. Every time I go in or call, they always have an answer for me. When I was having trouble with my necklace, they kept fixing it with no questions asked. They are friendly and very welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. And when I see them out in public, they always say Hi and are so friendly. I would recommend Disinger's to anyone.

My husband had gotten my engagement ring from Disingers and it was gorgeous! When I went in to get my wedding band, we learned that there was not a matching band for my ring. The company had not made one to match. Being that my ring was so unique, Disingers worked with the company that created my ring to design a matching band! They even showed me the computer drawings from the company to make sure I would like it. When the band came it, it was perfect! Their staff is always so friendly and helpful! The free cleanings/diamond checks are a huge bonus! I stop in often to have it done!

Last year I brought them a very expensive antique ring in for repair and was willing to GIVE them two different rings to use for the gold needed to repair my ring. Basically leaving them without needing to bill me for the materials and so that I would just pay the difference for labor. The rings I was willing to give them were solid gold. They didn't offer to appraise anything or work with me on the repairs of the original.

I was very disappointed to hear "If you just want to REPLACE your rings we can give you a titanium set for trade." No, I didn't ask for a set. I wanted my ring repaired or even an estimate on all three and I was willing to pay for it all. I sold the set and took my business elsewhere. Maybe they like to judge you based on what you wear, not what you bring to the table.
