Kyla helped my fiance find the perfect wedding dress! She listened to what she was after and got it on the second dress. She tried on more but kept going back to that one. Wonderful to work with and we highly recommend going!

Norman's Bridal made my dress shopping experience pleasant and easy! Kyla especially was a contributor to that. They have a broad variety of styles and she assisted with all my dress needs; helping me find styles I liked, getting in and out of them easily, all the way until I was able to find the one I loved. After two bridal appointments and a full day of shopping, I (and the bridal party) was exhausted and convinced I was not going to find a dress. A quick thinking bridesmaid called over to Norman's while I was dressing and secured a last minute appointment! We walked over and were greeted by Kyla and a huge smile. She was personable, asked all the questions, and started pulling dresses. Every. Single.

Dress she pulled zipped and flattered my figure. She asked me what my vision was for my wedding and how I felt. Thank you Kyla for saving the day after an abysmal shopping day.

Had the absolute best time picking out my wedding dress with my party! Evelyn was amazing to work with! She was incredibly kind and helpful. She didn't rush us at all and helped me find the perfect dress. And they accommodated my large party so well. It was amazing!

Katie and Kyla were my stylists with a passion for fashion! The energy these ladies brought to my sessions was the cherry on top of the lovely selection the shop has to offer. My first visit with Katie, she was extremely patient and catered to all of my needs. I stayed the entire time to see what dress style fit my interest, theme and body. My last visit with Kyla, I literally tried on one ball gown and fell in LOVE!

It didn't help that she was super flattering - talk about a boost of confidence. I was at the shop for all of 15 minutes before I said Yes. I felt like a queen and look forward to being the center of attention on my big day with my dress from Norman's! Thanks so much ladies

I went bridal shopping on January 10th. I wanted it to be a one a done shopping ordeal. I went in with the dress I thought that I wanted in mind. However Kyla who was amazing pulled a different dress as well. I tried on a total of three dresses but knew the second one I tried on that Kyla pulled was the one! She made the process so easy and so nice and honest! I highly recommend Norman's and if I could give them an A++ I would! Thank you Kyla for the amazing experience!

My daughter found, "the dress", at Norman's. Katie was her consultant. Katie made the entire experience, absolutely wonderful. She listened to what my daughter wanted and our price range. Patty was wonderful with helping me find my dream dress! She listened to everything I wanted in a dress and picked the perfect one the very first try! She had great knowledge of their products as well because she knew the most perfect accessories to go with my dress too! Beautiful store location, and all around wonderful and polite staff. Do yourself a favor and don't go anywhere else for your big day!

This is Hannah's mom Debby writing on her yelp app After searching several dress shops we finally found a dress that fit my daughter perfectly. It looked stunning on her and we were very pleased with our purchase, however, after being carefully stored for two weeks, we took it out for her 2nd wedding reception in the new place that she lives with her husband.

I was horrified to find that the dress had come apart in several different places.we spent over $1,000 on her dress and for the stitching to come out like that is beyond Okay in my opinion. I would expect a wedding dress to be well made for over $1000, as I would guess anyone would. I sent pictures to the Norman's website and a message the day of her second reception and never heard back from them.

Please make sure to look around and carefully inspect the dress that you choose before buying! And check out the other bridal shops in town. There's actually a shop with used dresses that are considerably less and very nice! (They were also a little pushy in their attempt to get us to buy a dress)

The owner and employees at this place are amazing! They were very professional and attended to just our group. It felt very personal and they went above and beyond. Needless to say my sister got her dress and all our bridesmaids dresses from Norman's.

Great experience and awesome staff! So kind and helpful. I also noticed when an older woman came in with no appointment and mentioned she had a lower budget, they had a staff member help her and they treated her just the same. Most salons may not do that. It stuck out to me and I know made a difference for that bride!

I went here the day after Christmas to try on wedding dresses for the first time. The young lady that helping me named Lexi seemed nice enough. But none of the A line style dresses were available in my size. When I asked Lexi for any alternatives she continued to push me towards mermaid dresses that did not fit me. I showed Lexi the dresses I wanted or were interested in and she plainly told me they had nothing in my size.

She just didn't seem like she cared and like she was patiently waiting for me to leave. Then my sister said one of her co-workers came up to her pissed because her appointment didn't have anywhere to sit. My mother saw how disappointed I was and made me an appointment at David's Bridal. And when I get there they put me in under garments and a slip. I expected a boutique like Normans to have way better service and variety. Needless to say they lost my business.

I went into Norman's looking for a prom dress. They have an ok selection, and I found a couple of beautiful dresses. Unfortunately, the first one was insanely expensive and cheaply made. The second one was perfect but a little snug. I called in the next day to find out the brand of the second dress so I could find somewhere to order it in my size, and they said they couldn't find it but they would call me back when they did.

They didn't call within the next few days, so I called again. This time, the lady said she found the dress I was looking for, so I asked for the brand name and number. You know what she said? "We have a lot of brands, so I'm not exactly sure which one it is. You could probably just come in and take a picture of it." She couldn't look on the tag? These people are unhelpful and desperate to sell. Honestly this is probably one of the worst places to buy a prom dress.

I have never been so disappointed in a situation in my life! My daughter was maid of honor at her sister's wedding and we ordered her dress from Norman's. When it came in, it was at least 6 sizes too BIG! They checked the measurements we sent in and said that they had the correct measurement within an inch for the bust and hips but that the waist was off!

A good company would have contacted the customer to check that or order from the other two measurements that made sense! Then instead of ordering in the correct size, they proceeded to try to alter this monstrosity of a dress down by at least 6 to 8 inches all over! They tried twice to make it look right. All of the other bridesmaids dresses fit so cute because they had the cute stays around the bodice that held the strapless gown up!

Because of the alterations there were NO stays in my daughter's dress and she was pulling at it the entire wedding and it looked HORRIBLE in pictures! If you do decide to get your dresses from Norman's, be SURE to send your people in to be measured by them so that they can get it right! I, myself, will NEVER step foot in their store again!
