Reed and Sons is the best jewelry store in Sedalia. I I am new to Sedalia and needed to find a reputable and trustworthy jeweler. I have had appraisals and work done on different pieces of my jewelry and they have been extremely reasonable and my pieces look amazing. I would recommend them to anyone!

One of the diamonds on my wedding ring fell out, and this ring was purchased online, but I came here to get it fixed and they fixed it within a few days and for a very reasonable price. And they polished it up for me as well, amazing service!

I had a specially made necklace that had been run over and flattened. Reed & Sons said they would do their "best" to try to fix it close to it's original state. I didn't hold out much hope because of the damage. It surpassed my greatest expectations. It is PERFECT. No one can put a price on the sentimental value this necklace has. Wow what a wonderful family owned business! They treat you like family the minute you walk in! I got a custom ring that matches my wedding set and I couldn't be happier! They did such a good job I can't even tell the original ring from the new one! Absolutely amazing! They even cleaned and checked the prongs on my other rings and necklace! I won't be going anywhere else from now on!

I'm very angry. I got my engagement ring resized here and it broke in the exact spot that they resized it. If it was done properly or if they knew what they were doing this wouldn't have happened. Scam artists. NO ONE GO HERE!

Went in today to get some links removed from my new watch. Only costs $10 and the man even said I can come back if it's not the right fit and they fix it for free since I was already there. Definitely recommend

I am so very pleased with the workmanship and customer service offered by Reed & Sons Jewelers. In October, 36 hours prior to a scheduled flight, I required repair on my wedding ring (anticipated to be impossible). When they were made aware of my plight, they made sure to repair my ring within 24 hours so that I would not have to travel without it.

We purchased my husbands wedding ring at Reed & Sons and love it. Although my ring wasn't purchased there, which I wish we had, they set the diamond for us. They also ordered a couple of stones for us to try in another setting and we were very pleased with the results.

Took my antique wedding ring in when I lost a diamond. Many of the prongs needed to be replaced as well. We went to Reed and Sons for a ring to be sized. The place we bought it from couldn't size it due to the stones and intricate design on the inside of the band. We were greeted with kindness and knowledge at Reed and Sons. They explained that it would need to be done in a European style, but it was still possible to resize. They sized it once, I wore it for about a week, but it still didn't fit quite right.

They happily made it smaller again. The outcome is great! The service from everyone there was wonderful. Very professional and knowledgeable about everything (and we asked lots of questions!). I recommend them for all you jewelry needs-from creating your own with them to bringing in an old (or new) piece for resizing.

Just had a replica of my mother's 1934 wedding ring made. Couldn't be happier. They do wonderful work and are so pleasant to work with.
