Receptionists were always very kind and helpful. My husband bought my ring there and in less than a year, prongs were breaking, stones coming loose, and one fell out. I would bring it to get repaired and stones would be crooked and not lined up and end up loose again. I'm an artist so nothing hardcore with my hands. Definitely don't recommend. Brought it to someone else and they were shocked at the craftsmanship and fixed it PERFECTLY.

Annette and her staff are the nicest ladies. I had ring guards made and they are absolutely beautiful. They went well with the engagement ring that I picked out. Annette sent me several pictures/options of different guards. She gave me her honest opinion on each one which really helped me out with my decision. Overall, my experience with Bijoux was great.
