Good place to get a gift or have batteries replaced for watches and even resizing and repairs.

I took an anniversary band with garnet that fell out to be fixed. The estimate was just over $40, but when I went to pick the ring up I was charged $85.00. I was shocked! No phone call was made to me before the work started on the ring to say it would be more. Basically I had no choice but to pay the cost to get my ring back. I was told it was due to the cost of working with white gold, and that they will need to train their their employee to do a better job on estimates, and nothing more. I will not bring anything else there to be worked on. Tried to keep my business local but can't if treated like that. Sorry.

When the government closed all the stores that they deamed unnecessary I called and a very nice lady made me an appointment to go over some jewlry I had accumulated over the years. She did this at risk to herself and wouldn't take any pay for her time nor her knolage. You just gotta love that.

Banks Jewelers repaired my ring for me and cleaned it and made it half a size smaller. (It looks beautiful, and it fits great!). They have quality workmanship, friendly service, and a cute dog that hangs around the shop. (Opal?)

Lovely place with lovely people! My diamond was loose in the setting of my engagement ring and I left it with them. They had the prongs built up beautifully and I don't have to worry about losing the stone. Plus, it's so much cleaner and shinier than when I left it! Thank you!

Banks Jewelers in Burnsville, NC is the only jewelry store I shop. They always have what I need for various occasions- birthdays, Christmas, anniversaries, etc. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have shipped ordered items to me at my home in Virginia, clean old jewelry, create new pieces from old things. They are wonderful.
