Carter's Jewelry

Very disappointed in this place. Bought my wife two pair of hoop earrings for $700 and they did not last through trying them on. The jewelry was really weak material. They would only give store credit, so I got one pair hoping that the quality would be better. I was wrong, after wearing them 3 times in 6 months, the clap breaks on one of them. Never again will I shop here. They wanted to repair them and charge me but I refuse to give them anymore money. Got it fixed somewhere else!

I had the opportunity to have Lex as the sales person, for my purchase. She did an excellent job in showing me all of the merchandise related to my purchase! I was very pleased with Lex and the purchase that I made for a special occasion!

Let me start by saying that I have used Carter's Jewelry for over 30 years. I have always received prompt, excellent service. I took my jewelry in for check and clean 6 months ago. I had an issue with jewelry not ready when promised. I took my jewelry in last Wednesday. The girl took my jewelry and said she would do an official check-in and Gmail my ticket.

She also said it would be ready Friday afternoon. Never received a Gmail, text, nor phone call. Saturday morning I called and a sales lady said 2 pieces (out of 8) were ready. Put me on hold, came back few seconds later and said it was all ready! Six months ago and this week, there were all kind of excuses, but no good reasons given. Poor, poor customer service, certainly not the quality it has always been. Time to find another jewelry store to do business with.

People are very friendly and help you get what you want without being pushy. Eric was great I will continue to take my business there always.

Every single Carter's employee is so helpful and accommodating! They went above my expectations. I live in Georgia and I will only bring my jewelry here. Man! How much can I say I love this place and their staff! From helping my fiance find the ring of my dreams, to helping me finalize my wedding band and going out of their way to meet our budget, but not compromise the vision! Lex, was beyond amazing, both helpful and with excellent taste. We love Carter's and feel home when we walk in the door!

I was looking for an emerald necklace and the staff went out of their way and beyond to help me get what I was looking for. Plus I got the zapped bracelet with an emerald charm and it was perfect. Love them both so much. That was the first time I have ever been in the store and it will not be the last. I highly recommend them to everyone.
