In 2019 We went in found a ring right away, and the next weekend my now husband came back here to buy it and propose. They have really beautiful pieces and staff is absolutely awesome! Never pressured to buy and so knowledgeable.

DO NOT GO HERE! my grandma pawned something because she needed quick cash for an emergency. she was paying for it monthly and one day he kept the ticket, she walked out ( she's old) and realized he kept the ticket so she went back go get it he said she didnt forget anything and that theres nothing in the system she insisted that her necklace was there and she was ignored and the person told her she didnt pawn anything there. im sure he deleted it out the system and kept the necklace. He is a fucking thief and taking advantage of an old lady. karma will get his ass!

We had such a great experience with Big C Jewelry & Loan. They we're very helpful in answering all the questions we had and did not hesitate to help us find what we were looking for. Heath went out of his way to make sure he met the needs of one of us who is "a detail oriented perfectionist." Super happy overall! Would indeed return and happily support this family owned and run business.

Very bad establishment don't not purchase from here by any means. Necklace broke within 2 days of use and no exchanges were allowed. Not even when adding money to fix the issue. Proper procedures are not enforced for covid-19. No masks were worn, 6 feet distance isn't enforced, and no gloves or sanitization was used. Horrible management and very disrespect. Will walk alway from you when you are talking to them respectfully.

Real good people called Heath to check and make sure if they could help me out and he really looked out for me. Brought in some jewelry to see if it was real or fake and they really helped me out. Thanks Big C!

These guys are the real deal and are super super honest. They talked out options for me and let me decide. They also ended up giving me much more money for my scrap gold than any of the places I went to for quotes. I could have lost 150 bucks that day, but they are HONEST all the way! I never even write these reviews but felt inspired to after coming in and getting the BEST deal!

I have been coming to Big C jewelry for about 6 yrs now and they never disappoint me. I honestly came I Just for a chain for my mother. I walked out with an amazing 26 inch chain and 2 pair of earrings that I know she will love. Thank you guys for being open and being a pillar to your community.

These people are incredibly nice and knowledgeable. I cannot express enough how grateful I am that I encountered them. All the pawn shops I've ever been to were rude, but they are so warm and welcoming. They explained the process very well on the phone and in person.

I've been shopping in this place for years and really like the people there. It's my one stop place for jewelry. For Christmas, they helped me find a bracelet for my girlfriend that she has worn everyday since. What could be better than that and it was affordable. Mark, one of the owners, is a great guy too! What a hidden gem of a place! Heath quickly responded to an inquiry over Facebook. When I came in-person a few days later, he and Mark were super helpful advising on a few pieces that I brought in. They were knowledgeable and gave me sound advice in addition to fair quotes. They offered to steam my engagement ring, let me look around (usually you need an appointment if you're buying), and were generally really friendly.

The place is clean and welcoming, plenty of free parking, and the selection of fine jewelry is amazing. I saw some really gorgeous and unique pieces there. A great experience!

This place is great! I had a gold chain my dad gave me when I was 15, it's broken multiple times and I kept fixing it only to have it break for a FOURTH time. I went into Big C because a friend recently told me they had a good experience buying their wedding set there. They explained that the chain was weakened in a few places due to years of wear & tear, and that it would require continuous repair.

They found me a chain that was nearly identical and I was able to trade in my broken chain for that one. The transaction was smooth and I felt like I got a fair value for the broken gold chain. I may come back for a pendant to add to it soon.

I really love the atmosphere at Big "C" Jewelry & Loan. I actually bought my wife's engagement ring there ~4 years ago, but recently went back for a pair of diamond stud earrings. They have a remarkable selection of both white and yellow gold studs. Mark and Heath helped me and just as before, they were very patient and thorough! I also ended up getting myself a new yellow gold chain to hang a pendant from I'd receive as a gift a few months prior. I'll always go back for any jewelry needs, the Big "C" Team never disappoints!

I came to this place on a friend's recommendation, my mom and I really wanted to buy a special and unique piece of Jewelry for my sister's milestone birthday. We were really impressed by this place! It's super clean, organized, and doesn't feel like a pawn shops you see in the movies! They have jewelry only and a great selection of all kinds of pieces. Heath was helping us and he was very knowledgeable about different gem stones and gave us a lot to choose from with our price point.

The customer service was amazing and we found the perfect necklace and pendant for my sister and she absolutely loves it! Went in because read the awesome reviews. But when I did the guy said it was only appointment only. Appointment only pawn shop? He was rude and rushed when asking him questions about a trade in and didn't want to show me and take time to show some rings. Kept insisting me to shop elsewhere.who does that? They did have pretty jewelry but customer service sucked. Glad I left. Sorry not sorry

I backed up my friend to this location and I didn't like the experience. I have never met more rude people in my life. Place looks sketchy with a rental cop that looks shady himself. I already don't like pawnshops because I feel they take poor people money with there high interest, and this place just made my feeling worse.

Big C is a family owned business with AMAZING customer service. Don't let the location fool you. The showroom is beautiful, and filled with Beverly Hills quality gems and jewelry but not Beverly Hills prices. They will even clean and maintain your jewelry for free. My husband came here to purchase a new upgraded wedding ring for our anniversary, and met with Cory. Cory is the best! (My new best friend.) Cory convinced my husband to bring me to the showroom to help pick out the ring.

When my husband brought me back days later, Cory not only remembered my husband's name but knew mine as well. Cory spent a tremendous amount of time having me try on rings to get an idea of the style I preferred. He also taught me how to examine diamonds. Cory will also design a piece for you from scratch. Cory helped to make this a very special experience for my husband and me. I will always purchase my jewelry at Big C's!

I was referred to Big "C" Jewelry & Loan by my friend Mike, who had purchased a few items there in the past. I was impressed from the moment I entered their store, which presents like a high end jewelry store. They have incredible deals, and Heath and his father Mark were very patient and taught me a lot about diamonds - as I had very little experience buying jewelry.

In the end I walked out with a great gift for my wife's birthday, and I spotted a few items that I may want to get for myself later! They also informed me they do loans on jewelry and buy scrap gold as well. I would strongly recommend this establishment to anyone interested in buying, selling, or acquiring loans on jewelry.

Big C Jewelry is absolutely amazing. I came at the recommendation of a friend and was blown away by their selection of rings, friendly service, and competitive prices. The moment I walked in I was greeted by the Mendelsohn's and you could tell that this family owned business really cared about making you feel at home. Heath carefully walked me through all of the details about ring buying, the 4 C's, and helped me pick out the perfect ring that was EXACTLY what my fiance wanted!

They were very transparent and I didn't feel like they were pressuring me or "selling me" on their merchandise. Also, their prices for their GIA certified diamonds were LOWER than the diamonds (with the exact same qualities) at all of the stores that I had previously shopped at. I had been looking for a ring for a little while when I was pointed towards Big C Jewelry & Loan. I was immediately impressed with how personable they are. They went WAY above and beyond to make sure I was able to propose to my fiancee. I sent Cory a few inspiration rings and he immediately sent me a few options that were available. They are absolute professionals who taught me everything I needed to know about diamonds and rings to guarantee that I was making an informed decision. I couldn't be happier with how it all worked out and my fiancee loved the ring!

My fiance and I have been looking for a good wedding ring for quite sometime now, and have been looking for jewelry shops. We came across this shop on Yelp and also looked them up on Facebook. Shoppers looked happy, the shop looked clean and professional so why not check it out? We come out from Long Beach and usually the only problem is traffic. The staff at the shop was extremely friendly, you can see they go the extra mile to make you to feel comfortable and help you find the perfect item.

Within 20 minutes or so we had found the ring my fiance wanted and even under our budget. The dude at the counter, Corey (forgive me if that wasn't the name) was extremely helpful and so was his brother. They showed us different rings, different styles, no pressure what so ever. In the end we walked out with the ring she wanted and were all happy. A great FAMILY OWNED shop. I will surly be back when I'm looking for good quality high end jewelry.
