Brought my Omega Speedmaster in to repair the crown. I received a quote which was too much in my opinion. They returned my watch to me with the pressure fit case back still removed from the watch. I believe more damage to my watch was caused as a result of their inspection and that's why they could not replace the back.

Before we left Vero today, I stopped in to Leigh Jewelers. It was highly recommended by 2 new friends I met. One was wearing a beautiful bracelet that holds special meaning of Vero Beach! Linda greeted me as I walked in the door. She showed me the bracelets that I was looking for. They come in Gold, with it without diamonds and Silver with gold accents.

They come in various weight and size. I was thrilled to go home with a bracelet and found that they also gave matching earrings and pendants. I got a pendant also. I can't wait to go back and look at other jewelry. Fabulous store and wonderful professional service.

Years ago, I spent winters in Vero Beach. Over that time, I got to know the owners, and bought some beautiful, unique jewelry for my wife. That's saying much, since I had been buying jewelry from long term family jeweler friends-who actually designed & sold jewelry wholesale, to many old line & very well known jewelry stores. Ultimately, I was looking for a Stainless Steel Daytona.(very hard to come by at the time).

The owners told me, if I was patient, they would have the watch for me in 2 years-without (the customary) multi-thousand $ premium.and no deposit! A year later, they called me with the watch, for $8,000. It's now about twice that price. Very happy with their integrity!

5 stars! Repeat customer to have a neckless repaired. As with my first visit with another repair and a watch battery replacement, top notch workmanship and customer service. This is now my "go to" jeweler for repairs and batteries!

ROLEX BUYERS STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY! I went into this AD after a personal friend told me they had purchased a Submariner and inquired about them. The sales woman looked me in the eye and lied and said they haven't had any in months.so I absorbed her lie and asked to be put on "the list" she looked me in the face and assured me that when one came in that she would call me.

Little do they know that another acquaintance of mine was called when one came in and purchased a watch. When I found out about this I called acting like I didn't know anything and asked if they had received any new sports models in.she lied to me and said no. This place is GARBAGE! If YOU'RE NOT A LOCAL OR PERSONAL FRIEND OF THIS SHOP YOU'LL NEVER OBTAIN A ROLEX HERE! DISHONEST AND DIRTY! Hopefully ROLEX WILL cut ties with this shop.

Linda and all of the staff were awesome, they went above and beyond treating us like family, even though it was our 1st time in, and making sure our every question was fully answered. I would highly recommend Leigh Jewelers for any of your jewelry needs. No games, only the best jewelry and the best prices.

They were very helpful and accomadating to me. I needed a diamond set into an engagement ring with short notice. It was done the next morning. I suggest going here first in the Vero Beach area! Thank you Leigh Jewelers!

I rarely give negative reviews, but this shop takes the cake. On vacation for 2 days in VB, my watch battery died. Yelp'd, saw Leigh's nearby, walked over, and at 10:00 am, opening time, not another customer in the store, was told that changing a watch battery was "an overnight service." When I said I was surprised at that, the lady said they had other watches they were working on. Seriously?

In July? Nobody on the street? Well, I congratulate them on their busy-ness, but ZERO stars for their service and attitude. I might understand if she'd told me they had to send it out, or the technician was sick, but "too busy"? Gimme a break.

I bought a Vero Beach bracelet for someone who was moving away. The sales person was very gracious and helpful, and she told me that if the bracelet did not fit, it could be exchanged for the correct size. It was a bit small, and my friend was able to exchange it the next day, quickly and easily. Leigh Jewelers is a pleasure to deal with.

I came in to purchase some Pandora charms, for my mom, as a Mother's Day gift. While I was there I brought my Pandora charm bracelet and my daughters two Pandora bracelets to have cleaned. I purchased several charms for my mother that day, and they wrapped them beautifully. As most people know Pandora bracelets get very dirty very fast, even when you keep them in a special pouch.

When I came back I was given only two of my three bracelets. I told them that I had left three bracelets to have cleaned not two. They asked me if I was sure. I assured them that I was 100% positive that I did in fact bring three bracelets. They went back in the back and checked, while they were doing that I went out to my car, they had made me think it was my mistake.

I cleaned my car out thoroughly, I called my daughter to make sure that she had indeed give me both of her bracelets. At this point I was slightly freaking out, I have not only silver charms but a few gold charms on my bracelet. I guesstimated that the bracelet was well worth $800-$1000. I went back inside and assured them again, that I had dropped off three bracelets and I had not left anything in my car.

I asked him if there was a possibility they could review the tape, I would think that they had cameras going 24/7. They told me all they had were two bracelets, they gave me my two bracelets and basically told me to leave. At this point I felt very foolish and I felt like I was at fault. I was very embarrassed. There were other customers in the store and they were all staring at me.

I left my name and phone number hoping that they would find my missing bracelet. About two hours later they gave me a call, they had found my missing bracelet, apparently the person who was cleaning it put it in a different solution and they normally use, and that person was out to lunch when I came back to pick up the bracelets. I was very happy, I went back to the store.

When I arrived there they handed me my bracelet, there was no apologizing, nothing. They still acted like the whole thing was my fault. I have purchased many Pandora charms since this incident. But not one of them was from Leigh jewelers. I will not patronize that store again, not only did they misplace a piece of my jewelry, then accuse me of not even dropping it off to them, they made me feel foolish. A very disappointing experience.

I think Leigh Jewelers is a wonderful Jeweler, the staff are very nice people. I like going somewhere with a pleasant staff, and here at Leigh Jewelers that is always what you get. Along with pleasant staff, the service is great and they have a great selection of merchandise. I really like Leigh, they are really good.

Outstanding work on my Rolex bracelet! It was cut and repaired and I can't even see where it was fixed. My watch is much more secure when I wear it. The watch was finished on time and the cost modification was more than reasonable for a $5000 watch. Thank you!

Leigh jewelers is a very nice place to get good service I had my Tudor Prince date service here and all of the staff was very friendly it's hard to find a top notch jewelry store that has great service and respect there customers and ask if you like any help with anything when you walk through the doors after three weeks my watch came back to the store from being serviced in like new condition i got a call from Linda that my watch was ready to be picked up I called back the store and Mark Leigh answered the phone it very rare for a owner to pick up a phone in a jewelry store or even being in there own store at times not here at Leigh jewelers and he was very nice over the phone when I spoke with him I must say I was very well taken care of here at Leigh Thank you!
