San Jose came through in the biggest way. I knew the engagement ring was perfect and I waited to see my fiance's reaction when I got down on one knee and she could not have been more excited and happy. She can't stop looking at this ring and talking about how it is perfectly designed for her. And trust me, she is a tough critic. We went through multiple re-designs in the first stages of the process, and Collin/Robert/Adam and the entire staff could not have been more patient, understanding, and helpful.

I've also brought watches in and referred family members and friends and not once have I had a bad experience. This is truly a family business that treats everyone who walks in like one of their own. We will be lifelong customers without a doubt!

Loved the service and the product. I purchased a graduation ring for my wife with 3 weeks until graduation. They usually take 6-7 weeks to complete but Adam with San Jose helped me out and got it to me in less than 3 weeks. My wife was surprised and we are thrilled with the product. San Jose did a great job on cleaning my pendent it was getting a little dirty and they cleaned it up and made it look like new again definitely coming back to them for that and there jewelry

Yesterday we had the best ring experience ever, the Ladies and Gentlemen were all helpful and sweet. Lady that the help us out (I wish I remembered her name she spoke Spanish). She took the time and explained every option to us until we found a combination that my daughter loved. They were so patient, very nice, very helpful and knowledgeable of their product.

We were very satisfied until my daughter saw a ring option online, So I called today and asked if I could make a change to the ring. They worked hard on working with my daughters wants. We were able to do the change because the ring had not gone to drafting nor production. So they were more than kind and helpful to make the changes to her ring. Adam and the Boss were beyond kind to help us out. We are very Grateful for this experience and customer service I am defiantly recommending them to all my peeps.

San Jose truly has the best customer service and they are very fast and efficient. Recently had 2 pendants with chains that are absolutely eye catching. Look forward to working with them more in the future. I would recommend them for any custom jeweler!

Let me start off by saying I'm so grateful I came across their advertisements on Facebook during my time at UTSA! I ordered my first SJ ring in 2018, and now I'm almost done with my master's and ordered my 2nd ring in 2019! Staff of two young women were rude and seemed disinterested in helping my daughter and I find her college ring. This a a special time for a graduate , and we shouldn't have been made to feel like we were burdening the staff. Ended up buying a ring, but will not purchase from them again and I do have other students in college. They just lost any further business from me. Would not recommend to others.

I appreciate the response from San Jose about the changes in their customer service. I have since contacted them and had a wonderful experience ordering the charms I needed. I just picked them up and they are beautiful and exactly what I was wanting. The staff was wonderful to work with and very prompt in responding to my emails prior to my visit.

So it took me forever to find a place that offered rose gold and unique graduation things. To my surprise I finally stumbled upon San Jose on Pinterest. It took about 4 months of searching so I was super delighted this place was in TX! From order placed to picking up ring, I only had to ask once, what status was. But they mainly kept me informed where it was at I'm being created.

I ordered in January and picked it up on 3/2! So 2 months is not bad at all for my own creation. They have amazing styles and so many options to create from. I literally shrieked when I saw it! Just stunning piece of jewelry! I'm so happy and content I got my grad ring from this place! The staff were super friendly and the creator came out to shake my hand. What more can a girl ask for! For me, it was a personal experience from beginning to pick-up!

My dad gave me my Baylor class ring in January of 2012 and since then I've been completely in love with it. I wear it every day. I recently developed a nickel allergy which made my ring unwearable. I called the amazing people at San Jose Jewelers in Waco, TX to verify that their white gold has nickel in it. Robert (the owner) was immediately placed on the phone, asked what was happening, and offered to make me an entirely new ring in yellow gold on the house (almost 6 years after it was purchased).

Having used San Jose previously for jewelry repair with great satisfaction, we decided to read reviews regarding jewelry design for wedding rings. After considering purchasing ready made rings, we decided to have Robert design two unique wedding bands and were delighted with the finished product. We then returned and asked for his suggestion in designing a diamond necklace and matching earrings from a diamond ring we already had. His suggested design was unique and we are delighted with the finished product. Based on our experience we recommend Robert and his staff for all your jewelry needs.

I drove from Austin to see the selection of college rings, that I've been looking at on Facebook for almost 6 months. Have to say, it was an excellent decision. They have so many styles to choose from, and the ones I originally thought I would love, turned out to be lower on the love list when I put them on my hands. One of my favorite things about San Jose, is the payment extension plan, where you just have to put down a little in order for them to start making the ring, and pay it off when it's complete.

About a month after ordering, I have picked up my beautiful Texas State ring. At first I was concerned with the imprint of the seals (txstate is a T stacked with an S and has a bobcat on it) which looked blurry in some of the other photos. However they polished it up and had showed me that the elements really do stand out on their own. I'm extremely happy this company offers alternative rings to the bulky ones the colleges sell. My hands are petite, and wearing bulky just isn't appealing to me. San Jose offers femininity with style! You can't go wrong.

First off, I have loved the designs for years! I started looking at class rings for college graduation a year before purchasing. I always heard back regarding pricing, emailing, etc. long story short, I finally ordered my ring and received at the end of January 2017 and I loved it! I am a little sad to say that after having my ring a little under 2 months, I've already had a diamond fall out of my ring.

I bought one of the most expensive rings there and planned to wear the ring for the rest of my life. I don't believe stones should come out that soon. I called to speak with someone and they seemed a little unapologetic; the sad part is this hasn't been the first time. I had a small issue with the ring after receiving in the mail, and another associate seemed to not care. I felt that once they had my money, they weren't as helpful. Their response was next time your in town we will take a look. too bad I don't live in that town.

They have such beautiful jewelry and are so helpful! I was so indecisive and the lovely girl helped me so much! She let me try all different rings and helped me order exactly what I want. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially for college rings!
