I've gone in a few times now to to special order something for my mother, and also to give my rings resized. They are all super friendly and helpful, and the jewelry is beautiful. I haven't been able to wear my rings 3 years and I'm happy to see them back on my finger - It didn't even take a week to get them back, and they are prettier than I remember. Would highly recommend.

Ann was so wonderful to work with. We purchased my wedding band on July 24th and she helped pick the perfect band to go with my engagement ring purchased in 2020 from Phil, who also did an awesome job on exactly what we envisioned. I do not know much about jewelry so my rating is purely on their customer service. They are absolutely wonderful. Always greet you when you come in. They are very good at helping you find what your are looking for. That's because they are very familiar with their products and good at asking you the right questions. They are patient with you while you make your decisions, which made me feel very comfortable. This will be there first place i go next time i am looking to purchase another piece of jewelry for my wife.

We got out engagement ring and wedding bands here. They went above and beyond to make my engagement ring right when it didn't come in as expected. They ended up using some of their own diamonds when the manufacturer seemed to be unable to get it right. I can't tell you how impressed I was with their service. Thankfully, getting our wedding bands was a smoother process. They were certainly patient with us trying on what seemed like a hundred rings.
