My experience with Miners Jewelers could not have been better. My sales associate Laurie Larson was gracious, knowledgeable, personable and efficient! Start to finish exceptional exceptional service from the time I walked into the door. Barb greeted me with a smile, listened to my requests/concerns about my husband's metal allergy, and offered options. She also changed his watch battery quickly while Todd offered and made me a coffee. No doubt why Miner's has all these 5 stars. And they carry Shinola, bonus! This place is amazing the diamond are so beautiful! They have literally everything you would possibly need and the team was the most friendly and inviting Jewelers i have ever met! If you're looking for anything special for your partner or yourself definitely come here! They are phenomenal! All of the people at Miner's North are so helpful, friendly and very informative. I had to get my wedding ring resized, also there was much-needed work that had to be done to secure all the diamonds and to rebuild strength. I was in awe of what incredible work the jeweler had accomplished. It looked just like it did on the day we bought it, and possibly even better.

I also felt secure with leaving my gorgeous ring with them, they knew exactly what had to be done and did a wonderful job! I would definitely recommend Miner's North to anyone looking for quality, professionalism and timeliness. They are the best!

My fiance had my engagement ring made through Miners North last year and had nothing but good things to say. Once we decided to have my wedding band made we went right back to Miner's. I worked with Melanie and she was absolutely amazing she kept me super informed and answered all my questions. She helped get my band designed and again made it so easy I would work with her again in a heartbeat! Such an amazing group and place.

Pat and Barb truly went above and beyond when it came to taking care of our engagement needs. They were extremely helpful, kind, and fun! It was honestly like talking to old friends for our whole experience. The store was very organized and super clean too which was a plus. When I walk into Miners North, I immediately feel like family. I am greeted by name every time. The selection is one of kind with many local gems. Every time I am downtown I swing in to get my jewelry cleaned. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my jewelry needs!

Went here with a friend who was engaged in December and the ring was custom made here. Met the friendly and knowledgeable staff who helped my friend's finance to design the three-bend gorgeous ring. There are also other precious jewelries for many occasions. Definitely a nice place to find a nice present for one's special one.

We've purchased 4 rings total from Miners North. Custom jewelry and otherwise. We received great service each time and quality products. Best local Jeweler around! Worth the drive from Charlevoix.

BEST customer service! Alyssa was so kind the entire customization process! The options are endless! You can get anything! They work with you and your budget! It's a way better experience than going to a chain jeweler! If you want high quality, flexibility in a budget, and great customer service then this is your kind of place!

Miners North has impressed me with their customer service. I had purchased my wife a beautiful Sun and Moon Pendant with a awesome Petoskey stone set in it. A couple of years ago a local jeweler "cleaned" it and ruined the polish on the stone. I ran across the receipt and contacted Jeff the owner and General Manager. He agreed to take a look at it, shipped up to Traverse City. 3 days later I got message that the piece was repaired and sent back, and dig this. NO CHARGE! I highly recommend Miners North and we will be back or another purchase on our next trip up North. Thank you again!

My daughter and I were in town and she wanted a small, simple souvenir to remind her of here. We thought this was an engagement ring store, but still wanted to look inside because we had little luck so far. From the beginning, all of the employees were welcoming, and friendly. A man named Pat helped us and he was very kind and helpful. There was a wide variety of price points starting down at around 30-35 dollars which was perfect for what we wanted. There were also many styles to choose from. We ended up getting small gold hoops and my daughter absolutely loves them! Thank you so much!

Let's put it this way. I WAS a loyal Vince's customer but Minor's North was so friendly and accommodating. They are my new store.

We wouldn't think of shopping for jewelry anywhere else! When buying fine jewelry, you want a jeweler you can trust. If you don't see exactly what you were looking for or want something truly unique, they can design it for you. In the 25 plus years that we have been doing business there, they have made some incredible rings, pendants, bracelet and earrings for me. The owners and staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They want to help you find the perfect piece of jewelry that you are looking for.

I cannot say enough how impressed I am with the friendliness and knowledge of the staff here! Just bought a diamond engagement ring and the process could not have been smoother or Less stressful. I live in Grand Rapids and could have gone to any of the jewelers there but fell in love with this place so the 2 1/2 hour drive was worth it!

I bought my fiancees engagement ring and wedding band from Miners North. I would recommend this place to anyone, the staff is very friendly and professional. Jeff, the owner, was very helpful in finding the perfect diamond at a great price. It is a 2.5 hour drive to Miners North for us, but we love the service and we love visiting beautiful Traverse City.

There are so many things I love about Miner's North. Being a local, Miner's North has been a household name ever since I was young. My dad has always bought my mom the most beautiful and unique pieces for holidays, birthdays, and the obligatory 'I've been hunting too much gift' from Miner's. My finance took after my dad and started buying me gifts from there and proposed with the most beautiful engagement ring from Miner's North.

The service there has been fabulous while getting it sized and picking out bands, and they always offer to clean my jewelry while we are in there too! One thing they do that I think is the smartest thing ever, is they offer 'wishlists'. Customers talk to staff and they are able to put things on their wishlists in the computer system in hopes that someone will come in and look up their wishlist and get them exactly what they want. brilliant, just brilliant.

I stopped in to see if I could sell some of the gold that I don't wear anymore, have my ring cleaned, and a necklace shortened. I left with my diamond ring clean and the diamond secure in it's place, my necklace at a better length and with a new clasp, and a check in my pocket. They did not charge me for for cleaning and securing my diamond ring, or for the work on my necklace! Brandon was super helpful, prompt, courteous, and gave excellent customer service. This is a great family-run business!

I stopped in here while on vacation about a year and a half ago and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the selection. I did not make a purchase that day, but it definitely stuck in my head as we tend to summer in Traverse City as well as occasional winter trips. Last month, while on vacation, the diamond on my wife's wedding ring came loose.

We brought it to Miner's North and was very impressed with the quality of the repair. We've had jewelry repaired elsewhere and it always seems to be a crap shoot. I can't help if I'm super picky on these types of transactions, but when an item has both a very high dollar and sentimental value you need to have it done right. Kudos to this establishment; they are top notch.

Laurie L was beyond helpful. I was in Miner's this weekend for the first time while shopping with my mom. She wanted to show me where my Dad had gotten her 25th anniversary ring. We met Laurie and were chatting with her she offered to have the ring cleaned right away and it would only take a few minutes (no charge.) She didn't try to pressure us to buy anything, my mom bought a few Pandora rings and Laurie was helpful finding style and fit. I would go here for all my jewelry needs or purchases to just work with her again.
