Every time I am there the ladies treat me like I am the most important person to them. The staff are all exceptional people. Julie found out yesterday how eclectic my tastes are. Truly a wonderful experience Every time I go in. Love the store and selection. Check out their hand made michigan jewelry. I could go on on. Stop by and see them. No disappointments.

I made an appointment to get a second set of piercings in my daughters ears. Abby was very helpful and friendly. She made sure my daughter liked where the placement of her earrings were going to be and when she didn't like where one was placed she fixed it. While I was waiting, I found a Pandora charm for my mom and she was telling me how it was designed at the store and sent to Pandora to be made and she even gift wrapped the charm for my mom. I highly recommend Wexford Jewelers.

Took our daughter to get her ears pierced there. The lady did a wonderful job. Pricing was good. The only downside is they charge one price to do the piecing one side at a time. But for a 5 year old they offer a service where two people do it at once to minimize issues. Great idea. However I think charging double for that is just a touch on the greedy side. You will get many more return customers by not doing nickel and dime up charge so to speak.

I had no idea how worn my wedding rings had gotten. The bands were so thin the engagement ring broke. My husband picked it up yesterday after you had done they repairs. He came home, knelt in front of me and asked me to marry him. again! Of course I said YES! I was absolutely amazed at the beautiful job you did. It's like it was when we first bought them. Thank you! You all are amazing.great customer service too. You have him a special ring box for him to present my ring in!

So far so good. My rings are in for repair. I bought some very unique, cute earrings. And the Wexford employee was lovely, knowledgeable and very patient with my elderly mom. It was so nice being in a jewelry store again after so long and being able to browse with my mom.

We had such a fun experience with Abby as your piercing specialist! She helped make us feel comfortable and was patient with us as we took time choosing our earrings. She was careful to get the earring placements in just the right spots. She truly is one of your most valuable "gems" at Wexford!

I've ordered multiple things from here online. I'm from the Detroit area but found this place when I lived in north Carolina some how. haha. Their jewelry is so unique and that's what makes me love this store. It's not the basic cookie cutter jewelry you see at every big box store and I just can't wait to see what they come out with next! Hand crafting a lot of their designs shows in their work.

Customer support has always been great even though I have never set foot in the store. They made me a custom ring and I love it so much! Support small business! I wish I had more money to spend on jewelry because I would buy so many more things from here!

My eye glasses had broke I learned that they could be laser soldered. I live over an hour away, drove down this morning and had my glasses fixed in less than an hour. Small town family business with actual craftsmen. So so very happy to have found them. They saved the day for me.

Where to even start? Well I started my search here at Wexford Jewelers. I told Keith exactly what I was looking for and the time frame I needed by. He showed me this ring, and just like when I knew I had found the perfect bride for me, I had just laid eyes on the perfect ring for her. I asked them to keep it safe for me until the day I intended to give it to her, so she didn't find it.

When I picked it up it was so beautiful and freshly cleaned and polished. I would not even dream of searching for Jewelry elsewhere. Keith and Julie are fantastic along with the rest of their staff. My husband recently purchased the Diamond Rose Gold Wedding Ring Set, Jane Rose for me. I literally cannot stop staring at it. The ring is a masterpiece, perfect down to the tiniest detail. From every direction there is a new surprise.a drop of dew, a bud unfurling, a vine twisting, veining in a leaf. Everything about it is delicate and organic, as if golden roses suddenly decided to grow on my finger. Fortunately, even though the rings look delicate, they are sturdy.

I know I can safely and proudly wear them for years to come. The comfort fit bands are an added bonus. In terms of customer service, the rings were shipped in a timely manner. The wrapping was lovely and whimsical, but also secure. I appreciated the handwritten card. Everything about the experience reinforced that this is a family-run jewelry store, staffed by artisans and caring individuals.

This first purchase was so impressive that I quickly went back for my second order, roses with colored stones in a right hand ring. I can't wait to look down and see an entire garden on my fingers. These rings are everything I've been dreaming of for years. Thank you for making my dream come true!

I used to like this place until my last few purchases. I had a surprise ring engraving order for my spouses ring (which was not super cheap by the way). When he went in there one of the owners (the one who took my order and knew it was a surprise) made a comment to him about the engraving. I was furious and very disappointed. I called and complained and the owner threw another employee under the bus blaming him.

I trust my husband's judgment of knowing the difference between male or female (ha) and he definitely knew and said who he spoke with and who told him about the inscription. Long story short I'm out $ for an engraving that just makes me upset when I see it, and they tried to rectify it with a 30$ pandora gift card :( that hardly makes up for a 900$ wedding ring order ruined.

It also speaks alot that they mailed it to me with no phone call or face to face apology, not to mention the unprofessional action of blaming someone else like my husband wouldn't know who spoke to him. very disappointed WJ.

My love affair with Wexford Jewelers began when I stumbled upon their Etsy store looking for a ring to compliment a ring of my grandmother's that contained a simple rose and two leave. I soon found myself drooling over the rose garden collection and offering not-so-subtle hints to my boyfriend to "put a ring on it". After much anticipation, he did and now Wexford is his go-to to put a smile on my face.

I love that many pieces are one of a kind and can be done with recycled gems and metals. You can tell they take pride in their work as my wedding ring was custom and they took great photos and kept my husband updated on the progress. In addition to the unique beauty of their jewelery lines, their prices are fantastic!

Wexford Jewelers' pieces of wearable art come in a variety unique styles. They have a range of pieces from the more or less traditional to the delightfully whimsical. There are also some lovely vintage style pieces. My personal favorites are in the "Organic" and "Rose Garden" collections. I can't stop going on about how fantastic I think this jewelry is!

Some of the intricate detail on the rings is just astounding. I received my ring today and it is even more beautiful than it appears on the website. I'm so excited! I also like that many of the gems and metals are repurposed, so I feel that I've contributed less waste to the world. Service was prompt and professional.

I had been looking at their website for ages before finally finding the ring that I wanted. Emails were always answered promptly and thoroughly. When I found out they bought scrap jewelry for meltdown, we quickly agreed that I would send them to them and when they received them, offered a trade-in price. They were willing to answer ALL of my questions.

We had one point of confusion, and when I asked for clarification, they did so without hesitation. They were professional, courteous, and responsive during each email. They sized and shipped my ring in record time. Now, I have a beautiful, unique ring, handcrafted by artisans, rather than two old ring settings just sitting in my jewelry box cluttering things up. I have received many compliments on it, and people have asked where I cam across such a unique piece of jewelry. Thank you Wexford Jewelers, and particularly Julie.

This place is incredibly dishonest. My fiance purchased an engagement ring for me on this site, and after he proposed to me we were unable to return it. (It's just too large a size for my active lifestyle) On their site, they say that there is a 30 day return policy (so if your fiance waits a month to propose you're screwed). I called up the store (as I live in California) to see if anything could be done.

Long story short, because the ring was cut to be re sized and because of the 30 day return policy, they REFUSED to take it back. They discredited their workers saying that the cut size on the ring (where? I couldn't even tell) would be so noticeable that it could not possibly be resold. Trying to recover some of the costs for this thing has been quite interesting.

I just found out today that the ring that was sold at a 14K price is actually only 10K. I am NEVER taking my business here EVER AGAIN. If you want a quality ring from people who actually stand behind their employee's, go somewhere else.

This family owned business is a jewelry legacy. They do a lot of high quality custom jewelry, very unique, artistic pieces that they also market on etsy. I love their entire selection!
