Had 2 custom rings made from my moms ring after she passed away. My daughter and I were so pleased with how they turned out. Mom would love them. Thank you for giving us something to keep mom/grandma close to us everyday.

I went wedding band shopping with my fiancee for myself. While shopping they offered to clean her engagement ring. After cleaning they told us they lost a diamond in the band. They proceeded to say it wasn't their fault and didn't offer to fix the ring. After some back and forth, they finally offered to put a $15 stone in its place and even made the remarks that it wasn't set right originally which is untrue because its been checked recently.

I would be very cautious with doing business here and personally will not be returning. The owner and setter were very rude and not sympathetic with the situation and our distress.

I would give this business 0 stars if I could. I would not recommend this business. The owner and setter were very rude and the owner didn't take ownership of an incident regarding my ring that was their workers fault. They didn't offer to make it right at first, and then later offered a less valued solution after some push back discussion while complicating the integrity of the ring. I will not be returning and would warn future customers to be weary of leaving their special jewelry in this businesses hands.

I have had several pieces of family jewelry repaired and resized here, and have been extremely happy with their work, service and prices! I would not trust anyone else with my jewelry! They have beautiful jewelry, and the customer service is great!

REVISED REVIEW. I was the customer from hell. I honestly was. I kept changing my mind about taking the diamonds from one ring and creating a custom piece. There really was no pleasing me. Despite that, Cass, bless his heart, had to suffer my salty mouth and my come apart. Even after all that: he reached out to me to mend some fences and take one last stab at respectfully explaining his reasoning. I'm glad he did, because I owed him a profuse apology for rushing to judgment that wasn't deserved.

I would recommend Cass and Plymouth Jewelers because, if they can put up with my shenanigans, y'all best believe he's the fella you want to do business with. God Bless you Cass. I owe you some beers.

Looked everywhere locally for a specific earring design for the wife, for Mother's Day. So, Kevin (owner) said, "Let's make it!" and they did. and she Love's It! We will now call them 'our personal jewelers' - Great place. Easy, relaxed environment, not pushy with the sales.

Casey if I spelled it right is very knowledgable and takes her time going over every choice and aspect of my needs. Over and above polished my necklace. Very nice gesture. Highly recommended. I'll come back. One watch battery replaced and a few more to go. Plus some appraisals needed. Stick to local its worth it.

Wow. What a pleasant surprise. I had taken a Invicta Sea Spider watch in to have some repairs done to it as a result of dropping it. It has been dropped before but it is now getting a little old. Three of the dials on the clock face fell off and kept the sweep hands from moving. They needed a couple of days to get to it and give me a quote for repairs. Called and said it needed a crystal along with the dials and it would cost x amount. Told them I really just wanted the dials fixed and they said sure and quoted a cost of 48 bucks.

When they called to say the watch was fixed I went up to get it and much to my surprise, and happiness, they put a new crystal in it anyway. And did it for the lower price. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is the second time I have been here and I am pretty sure it will not be the last. Thank you very much.

I recommend Plymouth Jewelery to everyone I know! I was referred by a friend who got her wedding rings here, and my husband and I followed and got ours here. They ALWAYS treat you like family. When my husband went to buy my engagement ring, they sat down with him and went over all the diamond buying details. They made sure he was educated before buying. I've returned many times for work and maintenance and they are always seem to remember me. It's so nice dealing with a family business! If you are considering an endangerment ring, please give these guys a chance! You won't be disappointed!

Fantastic place. I searched around for the right gold necklace to replace one for my wife at 6 other jewelry stores in various malls. They all had nice pieces (gold necklaces are not hard to find) but Plymouth had them for the lowest price. And the atmosphere was calm and friendly. It's not the mall jewelry stores' fault that things are more tense, just the environment.

People are always wandering by asking to see things, making it hard on people who actually want to buy things, so you feel rushed. And they have to justify their location lease with higher prices. I will definitely go back to Plymouth for future jewelry purchases.

I have known Kevin as our jeweler for almost 30 years and we have trusted him and this store for all our family Jewelry needs. They can build you a ring from scratch, repair your current wear or provide you the wedding ring of her dreams. Now that I live in NC I come back to MI to take care of all it needs from a trusted business.

Honest family owned jewelry store. I brought in a picture of a ring i saw at another jewelry store from years before and the creates the same ring (for cheaper) and it was beautiful. They have a card with my name on it and my wish list for my husband. It cant get any better than that. I have also brought in many pieces if jewelry to be fixed and it comes back perfect.

Recently, my new watch stopped working, so I took it to a local repair place. They told me it would cost around $140 + labor to fix it. Always one to obtain a second opinion on most things in life, I decided to follow a friend's advice and visit Plymouth Jewelry & Gifts, located in the historic Old Village section of town. After examining my quartz timepiece, the repair technician simply put a new battery inside, and the watch was working like it was brand new.

This was something the other store should of done, but apparently decided to try and rip me off instead. Moreover, the final cost out the door was only $10.00, which is a whole lot less than $140.00. Plymouth Jewelry & Gifts is an authorized dealer and service center for Bulova Watches. They have been in business for over 25 years at their location on Starkweather Street. Likewise, Plymouth Jewelry & Gifts will service and repair any quartz watch manufactured.

Since their prices are very reasonable, I will take any future watch repairs to this establishment, where I know I can deal with honest people who will not try to rip you off.
