Michelle was wonderful. I had a very precious and sentimental family ring that needed to be fixed and sized. I was very nervous having it sent off, but Michelle was very communicative and reassuring. When it needed more when than anticipated, she was helpful in calling first with a quote before they started working on it. Because of that, it took longer than anticipated.

She did everything in her power to get the ring back before a family/celebratory event I have coming up. My experience was wonderful. She was so kind and professional. I will definitely be going back and recommending them to others. I don't usually write reviews, but I had seen a negative review from 2020 and wanted to make sure people knew that my experience was drastically different than what was stated by that other individual. There is always more to the story. Her attitude, helpfulness, and overall demeanor seemed very genuine.

Having overheard the way the owner was treating a customer in the store one day, I turned around and walked out. You would not believe how rude and demeaning she was. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Kent jewelers is an outstanding jewelry store. Their customer service is amazing, Michelle does an excellent job of making sure you are completely taken care of. There's no pressure to buy a more expensive option at all and the options are great. I wanted to be able to give input on a custom design for an engagement ring and I was easily able to. Michelle found me a great priced ring and I was very happy with the whole process.

I haven't even received my jewelry back that is being worked on yet, but I came here to review anyways because Michelle provides some of the best service I have seen in this area since moving here last year. Walking into a jewelry store can be pretty intimidating and I have had many hard, awkward sales pitches thrown my way in the big-box shops. Michelle makes being in the store very comfortable and applies no pressure at all. She's the type of person that makes shopping local great.

I shopped around MANY different places in Blacksburg, VA for an engagement ring for my fiance. Needless to say, Kent Jewelers was absolutley incredible and by far the best. From the moment I stepped through the doors I felt like they actually cared about finding the perfect ring for my special lady. I worked with the owner and both store associates, and I seriously cannot recommend them more.

Yesterday my fiance and I went back to Kent Jewelers for our wedding bands, and they remembered me! They took the time to look at photos of our engagement and asked about our wedding plans. Throughout this whole process it has been so clear that Kent Jewelers takes pride in their work and truly cares about their clients.

Michelle, the assistant store manager, was amazing! So kind, knowledgeable and top notch customer service. The store is really nice and smelled great. I felt comforted immediately. She followed up with me in a timely manner on a quote. I was given a proper receipt with an image of my exact ring, which I loved. I went to have my ring resized and it it came back 100 times better than before.

It doesn't even look like the same ring! They clean and buff/ polish for no additional charge! Also, I had been quoted by several Jewelers for a resize and their price was the most reasonable with a good turn around. This small business, is worth yours. 10/10 I would go again and refer to all my friends.

Needed to get a few watchs resized. They were super helpful, did not charge a lot and were really quick too! I did not purchase any jewelery but, would definitely recommend for the service.

Had a great experience here. You will probably pay slightly more than a place like Zales or Kay, but it's totally worth it. Their customer service and communication is outstanding, and they have the best selection by far. And if they don't have exactly what you're looking for, they will likely be able to get it for you. We bought both our wedding bands and engagement ring here. 10/10, would recommend.

This is the best place in the New River Valley to get unique or custom jewelry.

After looking in the DC area for 2 months we found my wedding and engagement ring while visiting my hometown, Blacksburg, VA! I stopped in just before they closed at a friend's suggestion. The store extended hours so my fiance could join. We received the best diamond shopping lesson we had in the entire two months of shopping and felt totally confident about our purchase. We found a unique ring we both love and plan to go back to shop for my fiance's wedding ring. It was a perfect experience.
