Having had a bad experience with my original engagement breaking (purchased from a different store) after only having it for 4 months. My fiance and I went to Jim Kryshak because my co-worker highly recommended them. Tracie was our Sales lady and she was AMAZING! She went over all my different options and never once pushed anything on me simply just to make a sale.

She listened to my ideas and gave me my different choices! Picked one out and she even was able to get the goldsmith to set my diamond and resize it the same day! Highly highly recommend Jim Kryshak!

I bought a piece of jewelry from here less than a year ago. Chain has broken twice. I had my girlfriend take it in, and they said the chain was weak. Tried to charge to fix it when it was supposed to be under warranty. The lady was super rude and told her that it would just break again. It was over 1000! What kind of junk did I buy that it doesn't last a year?!?! Very disappointed.

Chrystal was amazing! She helped me pick a setting and later she helped my fiance with the perfect stone and how to place it. The ring is beautiful and we loved the service. Great small business to buy from.

Had an excellent experience at Kryshak's working with their Jeweler Breonna! I came in looking to have a custom piece created as a Christmas present for my Girlfriend. I had the pleasure of meeting Breonna, who was both patient and personable as she worked with me over the course of several days to help design my piece, select metals and stones that where perfect for my budget. Tara and Katie have worked with me for the past 6 weeks to help me purchase an engagement ring. They have been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional. They were both thorough and very helpful in the process of educating me about diamonds and quality engagement rings. In the end, I purchased an amazing Fire and Ice diamond ring that my fiancee absolutely loves.

Angels live among us and they work at Jim Kryshak jewelers. I had a watch band emergency for my mother who relies on her calendar watch to keep her oriented. The staff there went above and beyond to replace the band ASAP. They displayed real hometown kindness that a big box chain stores cannot provide. Thanks so much!

The woman helping us, Alex, was very helpful, patient, and not pushy. She took time to show us wedding bands and gave us time to look. Very great experience!

I use to go there for past 8 years for christmas and anniveristy. Looks like things have changed there. If you dont look high class appearance or not white, dont bother going. Was ready to buy some jewelry for my wife and daughter, waited by the jewelry section for 5-8 minutes.staff acted like i wasnt even there. Two high school kids walked in.they got served within minutes.

I walked out. Same thing similar happen last year, ended up going to different store both times. I feel they only target people who look "Rich". Will not go there again. i dont even bother opening thier junk mails, using it as burn paper to use my outside stove heater. Sorry wifey.they dont need my business!

A few months back when I started thinking of getting an engagement ring I didn't even have think where to get one because my family has been going there for years. I knew that I was going to get it from Jim Kryshak even with all the options (Jewelers Row) where I live in Chicago. I ended up getting a custom made ring from a picture we sent them.

It is similar to a celebrity ring but with our customization. Sue was so professional and we never had to explain anything twice because she listen to our every word. She was able to give us suggestions and didn't push us at all. I have not had good service like this in years!
