I had the pleasure of finding Kent Jewelry to have my grandmother's/mother's bracelet reworked. From the start, friendly experienced staff, attentive to my wants and professional at a great price. Not only was my clasp restored and reinforced, the bracelet was checked for soft spots. I highly recommend Kent Jewelry.

I came in because my bracket was lose about a month ago. When I came in it was two weeks out for repair (understandable). When I went to pick it up I noticed a chip in my crystal. They kept it there for a few days and were supposed to call me when they talked to the employee that handled my ring. They never called and it was about 3 days after they were supposed to call that I decided to.

They had ordered a new crystal. I mentioned keeping the original crystal being it was very meaningful. I went today to pick up the ring and the original crystal was not kept like I was promised it would be. I also noticed scratches on the ring. I wouldn't recommend this place due to the lack of communication. Everyone was kind and understanding.

I just popped into Kent's Jewelry in Rolla with two minor repairs. My watch band needed a new pin and my ring's sizer needed adjustment. In less than 5 minutes two employees knocked out these repairs. Kent's Jewelry has a variety of items to purchase and their repair staff can't be beat for craftsmanship, knowledge, and friendly service.

They are a great local place if looking for jewelry services! I got my engagement ring resized there, and after the original jeweler told me that they couldn't replicate the engraving at the bottom, I was pleased to find out Kent's could. You can't even tell my ring was resized. Love their work!

Great locally owned small business. Took a ring in for resizing that I bought online. Without knowing the metal they were able to offer a variety of suggestions to improve the fit. It was finished in a timely manner and very very affordable. It turned out better than expected. Very pleased overall and highly recommend.

Amazing service and the staff is so sweet. Had a very nice designer watch that I had not been able to wear for months due to it being too large. Within 5 minutes they had it sized to my arm and ready to leave at a very reasonable cost. While I was there they also checked my wedding ring set and made it shine like new!

I went in to Kent's Jewelry store last week and told them i need to have my Wedding ring resized because it was too tight. I just got it back today, they did a beautiful job.
