I have been dealing with the fine folks at Klutts since they were located on Front St when Mr. Len and Miss Enola were running things and have never had any complaints about them. Some of the finest people you could ever met.

We had several items to repair and a couple of things to buy. We are combining two rings into one, one of them my mom's wedding ring. Would trust no one but Klutt's Jewelers to do this important family project.

The prongs on my diamond ring have felt sharp & have been snagging my clothes. I stopped in at Klutts Jewelers to check it out. Lynn checked it, the prongs were worn & pulled away from the diamond. My dealings were with the jeweler, Jan. I could not have asked for a more competent, eager and helpful person to restore my 46 year old wedding band as well as my mother's and anniversary rings. The result was amazing. I highly recommend her for any jewelry repairs or restorations needed.

While I cannot speak for the lady who actually came out and spoke to me today, the guy in charge was completely rude. He spoke to her in front of a computer the entire time, saying he couldn't be bothered by my request. Then sent her forward to relay this information as if I could not hear him in the first place. I needed a piece of jewelry informally appraised that I may buy from a friend. Wanted to make sure I gave her fair value.

These people evidently don't want to bother with you unless you are buying the appraisal or buying from them. They certainly won't be doing the appraisal for my insurance when I do buy this piece. Good luck Kluttz. Your name somes up your charm.
