I went to Amidon to resize a ring and create a new setting for my original engagement ring. The jeweler was knowledgeable about the different settings from which I could choose and helpful in describing the size and quality of the stones. The new setting was gorgeous! I would recommend!

Taylor was super helpful in offering suggestions for an appropriate first "real piece of jewelry" for a teen. She began by showing us the lower priced pieces and explained that we could trade up later. She also advised us we could have the piece insured against loss or breakage. She had a lot of patience explaining the differences in the items to my mother (who is vision limited).

She never pressured us to make a larger purchase than we were comfortable with and we left quite satisfied that we had reached the perfect solution. The other sales associates were equally helpful and didn't seem to mind giving us their time even though they knew that Taylor would be credited for the purchase.

Jessica was so knowledgeable and helpful through the whole wedding band shopping process. She asked all the right questions and made sure that we got exactly what we wanted! She kept me updated on my order and answered all of my silly questions. 10/10 would recommend Amidon to everyone I know!

LOVE Amidon! Taylor helped my fiance and I do custom wedding bands and they came out amazing! She was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process! She also cleaned my ring every time I went in which was another plus!

The best! My soon to be husband had a wonderful experience working with Katie to create a custom engagement ring. It was everything I could of dreamed of! This review is in regards to our experience with the Amidon that was located in Keene, NH, but has unfortunately closed since we purchased from them. Since we had such an amazing experience with them, we wanted to credit them Amidon company as a whole, their northern location being in West Lebanon, NH. Our experience at Amidon was incredible. This was the first jeweler we (two brides) visited that did not try to sell us anything beyond our budget or convince us to buy only "real" stones.

My wife purchased my engagement ring here and we both bought our wedding bands from Amidon. We opted for a moissanite stone for my engagement ring due to ethics and affordability, which are beautiful, durable, and no one asks if it is a real diamond. Our wedding bands were something they had there already, but we made a couple of customized changes (partially engraved pattern on the side with stones across the top).

They came out beautiful and have also held up very well to the wear and tear of our busy lives. Our experience with Amidon was so positive, we have recommended them to everyone we know. My sister's fiance purchased her engagement ring shortly after we did, and same thing, incredible experience through and through starting with customer service, all the way through quality of the product.

Any time we've gone in to shop, they've even offered us free ring cleanings while we browse. Above and beyond experience with Amidon. Even though the Keene location has closed, we will absolutely take the trip to West Lebanon for future jewelry needs. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

My husband and I visited Amidon due to the positive Yelp reviews and trusted them with the remaking of my engagement and wedding ring after devastatingly losing them.

Unfortunately we couldn't go through with the execution of making the rings due to time constraint (my husband and I are travel nurses and were in the area temporarily). Katie was able to locate a few stones for us which we were able to come see and also did her best to find settings that mimicked my originals. I highly recommend this business for your fine jewelry needs!

This is a nice small jewelry store in the heart of Lebanon. When I walked in, both of the employees were busy with other customers and I was completely ignored even when I made eye contact with them. There was no acknowledgement of me at all. When one customer left, one of the employees finally asked how he could help. I was getting my watch battery changed and he was friendly and easily provided the service but was not very communicative about what he was doing. This is a fine place but I probably wouldn't go back as I didn't feel very welcome.

I've had one experience with this jeweler and it wasn't a positive one. Long story short, I dropped one of my dress watches off there for a repair in the beginning of June. I had planned on wearing this watch when I got married in the middle of September. The crystal in the face of the watch was scratched, so they told me it needed to be sent out to the company and it would take 10-14 days to get back to them.

I called them two weeks later and they said it would be at least a month to be ready. Fast forward.three days before my destination wedding, I called and they said they didn't have my watch and it wouldn't be there by the time I flew out on September 12th. Not happy, I resided to the fact that I was going to have to wear my gold watch with my all black tuxedo. Pics came out ok, but not how I wanted them based on how the gold watch matched (or didn't really match my wedding ring).

The jeweler called me a week after I got back from the honeymoon and said the watch was finally ready. I got there and told them the story and they told me my watch was actually ready in the middle of August. I expressed my displeasure and they refused to reduce or negate the price of the repair. So I paid and left (never to return).

Beautiful selection- everyone's price range. They even have Pandora! Staff is very friendly and attentive - no hard sales push. Genuinely there to help you!

I can't compare it to other jewelers, because frankly the level of customer service here is just so outstanding that I never went anywhere else after my first experience shopping there. Kudos to Matt for always being helpful and offering insightful answers. It is a real pleasure doing business with a local company where they know your name the next time you visit!

I went to Amidon shopping for an engagement ring a few months ago. while I can't really say that the other jewelry stores in the area were sub-par, I can say that we had an exceptional experience with Shannon @ Amidon. I did some scouting in advance then came back probably a month later and she instantly remembered my name and a few of the styles and rings that had caught my eye. Needless to say I bought from them and ended up with the perfect choice.

I second Becki's comments on the staff. I found them very helpful when I went to look at wedding bands. The sales person I had was friendly and didn't mind answering my questions or giving me advice on things to look for/think about. I did buy my wedding band here because they had what I wanted at a good price. My ring was ready to pick up about a week after I placed my order. I would shop here again.

I came and visited the store once during a trip to see some friends in the area. I very. very rarely buy something nice for myself, and jewelry is especially rare a choice for me to make. But as I wandered around the store, I browsed the engagement rings, as girls often do, and then went on to look at what I refer to as the "civilian" jewelery. I found a heart-shaped garnet on a white gold band that I really liked and made sure I had in my possession before I left the store (Yes, I PAID for it) The staff here is very friendly, and the atmosphere, from the large windows to the light camel colored walls and gift boxes was very inviting.

I was encouraged to browse without being pounced upon, or made to feel like I was loitering. I was given room to look around, but assured any question I asked would be answered quickly. The prices are also extremely reasonable. To my future spouse: 1 - There are quite a few good choices for "the ring" at Amidon 2 - Pick white gold or platinum. No yellow gold 3 - Please do not propose to me on a jumbo tron unless it is a hockey game and the Senators are winning
