The staff has always been very polite and helpful every time I've bought stuff in there from jewelry to tools and even pawning a few items in tough times. They are gracious and understanding about arising situations and always willing to help or work with you if needed so you don't lose your valuables. They've told me before they'd rather the get the money back for items instead of trying to flip the item you pawned. Will always do business with the guys and galz at Porters.

Made a purchase over the phone (perfect service, great price) and arrived days later to pick up the items. All of the clerks at the counter were taking excellent care of other clients, and Karen (who typically works behind-the-scenes) saw that I was waiting and helped me pick up my items. She was friendly and eager to help. The items were exactly as advertised, quality merchandise at a wonderful price! Thanks Karen and Porter's Pawn!
