I shopped here for my engagement ring and finally found THE ONE. I love the selection, theres so many beautiful rings and they have plenty of on trend rings but also several unique ring options. I love that they work on rings in house and I dont have to wait weeks for my brand new ring to come back in after being resized. I also love that they have affordable options for center stones if your budget isnt quite ready for a diamond.

Oh and of course the customer service was awesome! They went out of their way to accommodate me when I came in to buy. All in all, I would highly recommend this place and had an amazing time shopping and buying here!

I went in on my lunch break with a pretty specific idea of what I wanted to get for my wife's birthday. They helped me find something unique that was also in my price range very quickly. Most importantly my wife loved it!

I had been really frusterated trying to get a bracelet of mine fixed. I previously tried to get a replacement chain and was told by the business that sold it to me that they could not sell me a replacement chain. I looked up jewelry repair places and decided to go here. When I got there the service was really good and they did a really simple fix on my bracelet and sent me home with it free of charge. I will deffinitely utilize their services in the future.

Been to a store next to them n they ripped me off. Charged me more than $30 bucks to put a missing screw in 2 watches. Plus charged me for a new battery $10 bucks without asking me first. Came here to McGinty, good ppl they were honest wit me and fair price. I'll deff be coming back to Mc Ginty again and I recommend this place to y'all

Edit: after calling the store, they have rectified the issue I had. Thank you for being kind and understanding. Yes it is an inexpensive sterling silver ring but the sentimental value is so much more than its monetary value. Thank you for going beyond to make your customers happy. Brought my ring there after I lost a pearl from it, and wanted to get a new one put in.

This place was highly recommended, the pearl that was replaced is half the size of the original, it cost just as much as the ring did brand new, and it looks ridiculous. It's a pearl and sapphire ring with a gigantic looking sapphire now and this tiny little pearl. I told them exactly what size the original was. This ring has so much sentimental value and I can't wear it now without looking at it with such sadness.

I am so disappointed with the repair. My ring is ruined, thank you cp mcginty for ruining something that was so special to me. I would rather have no pearl than have paid for what I have.

I have been fortunate (and I do mean fortunate. I came from a larger city and it was my natural proclivity to believe that a smaller local jeweler would not be able to take care of me the way McGinty's does) to have been a customer here for about 6 years. This family run business offers truly exceptional customer service but, more importantly, particularly in this industry where less than scrupulous individuals have almost become norm rather than the exception, they do it with an honor, a handshake and an integrity that harkens an earlier time.
