Their entire staff is gifted at taking a few inspiration pictures and a brief conversation and creating a piece of jewelry even more beautiful than your original vision for the piece. The entire process to create an engagement ring for my girlfriend was a joy and I was able to visualize the finished piece throughout with realistic 3D printed samples.

They did a fantastic job resizing my husband's rings. His wedding band was an intricate Celtic design that was going to initially be $365 to resize because they were going to have to add two types of gold. Later they realized they could stretch it and only charged $50. I was so impressed by their professionalism and honesty. This is the only jewelry store I would trust with my jewelry.

Mike and his team are absolutely fantastic. My original wedding ring had been stretched to fit so many times over the years that it was literally cutting my hand from being so sharp. I went in to see if they could grind the edges down, and Mike recommended an AWESOME alternative: He put a white gold sleeve around the original yellow gold, and he NAILED IT! Not only does it look great, it's super comfortable, and best of all, it preserved all of my original ring. I could not be happier. Thank you Ponthieux Jewelry!

Went by for an adjustment to a watch band today. Great service, friendly and fast.was able to wait for it, took 10 minutes, and they have an awesome dog "Buddy"!

Wanda and Mike were amazing to work with. Mike's attention to detail on a one of a kind design was something else. I gave them a diamond, my grandmother's gold wedding band, and a couple of pictures and they went to work quickly. They made a neat 3D printed ring design so I could get a feel for what the design was really going to be. The entire process was pretty painless and didn't cost an arm and a leg when it should have. I'm extremely happy with the ring and I cannot wait to propose with such a beautiful ring hand made by Ponthieux!

When I got engaged, I searched high and low for a jeweler that was willing to work with me to make a custom ring for my now wife. No other jeweler had what I was looking for or treated me as great as ALL of the staff at Ponthieux's. They took their time and gave me exactly what I wanted and then some! Very personal service; they remember us by name even years after my purchase and make any repairs without question. Besides, they have a dog in the shop everyday, so you know they're good people. The jewelers at Ponthieux's were extremely nice and professional. They engraved my fiance's wedding band for an inexpensive price. While I was waiting, they offered to clean and polish my engagement ring. They also gave me a complimentary ring cleaning kit. I highly recommend this jeweler to everyone in Greenville and will definitely be going back!

The owners are fantastic! After I got engaged, I needed my ring resized. All the other stores I called told me 2 weeks minimum before I would get the ring back. When i called here, he said he would do it in 24 hours - he went out of his way knowing that a newly engaged person would want their ring back ASAP!
