This company has a supervisor or shipping manger which is the worse. He has not respect for others, he threat a driver just because he arrived at 4 pm and he wants to leave. This guy said so many bad words, this company should be a shame to have people like that. At the same time the owner should be a shame to have people like that in charge.

International has been our vinyl supplier for my company (Payne Publishers) for over 30 years. We have purchased Millions of dollars of material from them over the years. Quality is extremely important to us as the end result is for my customers to be Happy. I can say this, their quality is top notch! They always meet our delivery dates. They have also saved us when something falls thru the crack and we needed those "few" rush deliveries, Thank You Interpak!
Their Management team has been great to deal with over the years, all the way from the owner to John Gilmore (retired) and now Jen Wilson, She rocks! If there was ever a problem over the years, International has always stepped up to the plate to make it right. Simply an OUTSTANDING company to deal with.

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. My company had a large order and a quick deadline that I didn't think was possible. The owner reached out to me directly and assured me that my order was going to be completed in time. The Owner! It was just spectacular customer service and more importantly, the highest quality product. I am very much looking forward to my next order, tysm.

I placed a small order with Interpak in 2014 for jewelry display boxes. When they arrived, there were numerous problems with the quality of the boxes and overall the quality fell far short of what I need for my discriminating customers. I emailed the company and they agreed to ship out replacement boxes after photographing the issues and several emails.
A second order placed in early 2015 was even worse. The quality issues caused about 25% of the order of jewelry display boxes to be unusable. Again, I was asked to photograph the issues which I did and after several emails, the company this time agreed to refund for the defective product. However, in my original email, I asked the company to address with me why I should still be a customer given the quality control issues that I experienced and they did not answer this.
They also did not apologize or act in any way as if they needed to take responsibility or address the overarching concern. For this reason, I will NEVER shop with this company again.
