I trust and have used Doland Jewelers many times. Sometimes simply to change a watch battery, other times for custom jewelry, most recently to restore several vintage pocket watches (one over 100 years old) received from family members. Their work is expert, their staff kind, honest and informative, their prices very reasonable. I recommend them without reservation and will continue to be among their satisfied customers.

I recently had a custom piece made by Doland Jewelers and was very impressed with the helpfulness of the staff. I was dealing with Lou Ann, she took great care insuring that all went as I had envisioned. And ring came out perfect.

So I don't normally don't this, but this company deserves praise. A few months ago my mom's wedding ring that I wear daily cracked in the shank. I needed to get it fixed, so I took it to a jeweler I had another ring fixed at. Needless to say they didn't fix my mom's ring, in fact they made it worse. So bad in fact I couldn't wear it for fear it would come off because it was now bigger and the shank was much thinner than once was.

I thought about taking it back and complaining, but I was worried they wouldn't be able to fix it. I finally decided I wanted my mom's ring fixed, and my sister recommended Doland Jewlers, needless to say I am not disappointed! In fact I am so happy I took it there because they did a fantastic job! It is better than new, and I can wear my mom's ring again! Thank you Doland, I highly recommend them to anyone who needs repairs, customer service was great and I also got my ring back in under a week!

Very pleased with our purchase of diamond earrings. Emailed Nick a few times asking questions about man made diamonds verses natural diamonds. He always got back with me right away and explained the value of both. Very courteous. When i went in to pick out the actual earrings i wanted, the sales lady was very professional and accomodating. You can't go wrong purchasing anything at their store. Great selection and staff. I'm not a shopper so thanks for making this purchase easy.

Salesperson goes above and beyond to help find what I am looking for. If changes need to be made I am kept up-to-date by phone or text as to how things are coming along. Staff is pleasant and always seems happy to see their customers. Staff is also very discreet which is much appreciated.

If you want courteous, honest service and great value go to Dolands. They have a wide array of styles and if they don't have it.they do their best to get it! Stay away from mall stores that are into quantity of sales not quality.
