Bought a ring for my girlfriend a few years back from this exact store. Ring is still in amazing shape. Girlfriend loves it to pieces. And even though I looked like I couldn't afford a paperclip, they smiled, helped me find the perfect one and to be honest, most jewlers I've ever gone into ignored me because I wear a sweatshirt and not a nice button up.

So I leave, with them losing business. Kudos to Days for their politeness, their time, and wonderful trusted merchandise. Will be back there soon, doubt I'll shop anywhere else for those kinds of gifts. Edit1: Bought an engagement ring in 2021 from Days! Beautiful as always. She said yes! Edit2- a year in and her engagement ring is still in pristine condition. Thank you, Days!

My husband and I went to Day's Jewelers in Augusta store to upgrade my engagement ring on our 10 years anniversary. Everyone is very friendly. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended. Special thanks for Marie who helped me find the perfect ring for me.

JOSHUA is the absolute man and completely saved me from her saying no if I showed her the ring I was going to get her @ first - Lol. He helped create a beautiful, custom piece that was to her excavation style and she couldn't love it anymore. Although I think she now loves the ring more than me - I do need to say thank you for helping me out the way you did! Excellent customer service, very easy to work with and made sure I felt comfortable the entire way through. From the bottom of my heart - I can't thank you enough!

Bought my wife's engagement ring from days in Waterville quite a few years ago. Decided to surprise her this past year with a much bigger and nicer ring as and upgrade. They took her old ring in towards a discount on her new one. Her new ring is stunning and she says she gets compliments all the time on how beautiful it is. Days has been my go to for years to purchase fine jewelry.

There customer service is top notch and they have a huge selection. Best of all if they don't have what you want they can make it for you! Lifetime customer here! I highly recommend them.

Ken was so friendly! He helped us with my engagement ring and again with our wedding bands. he was very knowledgeable and funny, great personality and made the experience all that more special! He is the only one we will do our jewelry shopping with!

I really appreciate the team at Day's Jewelers. They helped me pick out the engagement ring and wedding band. I was getting married in a hurry so they let me borrow a wedding band until the custom ordered one arrived. There was a delay in getting the wedding band, but that was because of the pandemic shutting down their warehouse. They were constantly updating me about the progress and location of the ring.

Since it took a while before things opened up, they waived the difference it would have cost for the custom ring versus the place holder. I am grateful for the team at Day's Jewelers for always being there. Oh, and most importantly, their store is dog friendly. I got to bring my dog in when I was shopping and the staff really loved him. Thanks Day's Jewelers!

I went to the Augusta location to have my engagement ring re-set in a new setting. Not only is my ring breathtaking but while we were there Josh and Ken made our visit epically special. I brought along my mother and mother-in-law to be and we had the best time! My mother-in-law has never had a diamond and Ken brought over the most beautiful diamond and let her try it on. ($130,000+) I have heard everyday how that moment was so unforgettable and how her finger hasn't felt the same without it.

She can't wait to go back up and shop. My experience has been so wonderful I have referred friends and my mother and mother-in-law have bought some pieces since! Wonderful store and great staff!

My husband and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the staff at Day's in Augusta. We have found them to be very hospitable and welcoming, even to the point of including our pets. I, personally, have had several pieces repaired and have been very satisfied with the work. We feel the quality of the jewelry is outstanding and the staff is knowledgeable. Marie has made it a point to know our tastes and always helps to find that special piece.

During our recent move to Maine from New Jersey I lost my Seiko watch that I purchased over 20 years ago and absolutely loved. My wife and I drove from Bristol to Augusta to visit the Day's Jewelers in search of a replacement. The service we received was nothing short of spectacular! Marie, our Sales Consultant went above and beyond searching for what turned out to be an almost perfect match, almost perfect meant that there were some improvements made to my old watch style over the past 20 years.

The jeweler who was at the store that day, and my apologies but for he life of me I can not remember her name but was equally impressed by her service. We could not recommend them any higher and plan to make the trip to Augusta again for our next jewelry purchase.

I have visited several times and each & every time I was greeted nicely when entering this store. The staff there are knowledgeable and take the time to find out what you are interested in purchasing! I also had a medic alert charm bracelet re-engraved and it is fantastic. Days has been my go to jewelry store since the 1980's! I have found things for me, husband, son, daughter-in-law, grand kids, and friends! Classy jewelry! Great people in every store i've Gone to!

We worked with Amber, and had a great experience! Legit night and day from the next door KAY Jewelers. KAY's only had a picture of the ring I wanted but was $300-400 cheaper. Due to the outstanding service Amber and the ladies gave us at Day's I decided to pay the extra money because it was worth it! They helped us find exactly what we needed in under 15min and made us feel right at home. Never did I feel they were pressuring us or playing sales games. Best experience EVER, Thank you!

I went to Day's after seeing a sponsored advertisement on Facebook for the wedding band event. I called earlier this morning and spoke to Crystal, and decided to request her when we arrived. The store is modern, clean, and has an excellent selection of jewelry. We brought out kids to the store, and the staff was so kind and interactive with them. We got an awesome ring at the sales event! The staff were great, and the store is very modern and inviting. I would definitely go back!
