I went in to get my watches adjusted that I did not buy from them and they did. While I was waiting I looked in every show case they had, who doesn't in a jewelry store, they have SO many unique things to choose from! They have so much that relates to our area from mountain to antler necklaces, unique bracelets with rock features, many emeralds to choose from rings to bracelets, the owner also makes his own jewelry from elk ivory it is so neat (in the antler and mountain showcase!) I did end up purchasing a sunflower bracelet and a opal ring with a diamond band for my sons birth month! The ring has to be resized so I'll have that in couple days that I am pretty excited about! Thank you Dale's jewelers I had a great first visit!

I went to 5 or 6 different stores looking for the perfect ring. Dales was BY FAR the best shopping experience and they had a huge selection. We ended up customizing a ring set and it's just so beautiful. I've been wearing it for 2 years and I'm still obsessed

As an artist myself, I appreciate the craftsmanship and artistry of this piece. This ring completes it's beauty through the softness it possesses as it rests on my finger. I'll cherish it always!

They were great! Dawn and Doug were super friendly. They helped me find the perfect ring and the price was very reasonable.

We absolutely loved our experience at Dale's! We were worried they'd be like salesman, but we felt like they cared about our needs and wanted to help! The employees are incredibly kind and it was a pleasure working with them! All the jewelry options were beautiful, but ultimately, we found the perfect ring for us and are overall incredibly happy with everything about Dale's! They definitely helped to make the process of hunting for engagement rings as fun as possible, and we can't recommend them more highly.

I had tried multiple different jewelry stores, talked to quite a few different jewelers, and had looked everywhere for the engagement ring that I wanted to by my then girlfriend, and I had by far the best experience at Dale's Jewelers. First of all, out of all the places that I had gone to, I was given by far the best deal out of all of them.

At many stores that I visited, I felt like I was just another customer who the salesman wanted to push to buy the ring as fast as possible. Doug felt first and foremost like a friend, and treated me like one as well. He showed me his recommendations, but I did not feel rushed or pushed in any way. When I found the one I wanted, he gave me a killer price!

I never would have been able to get a ring like this at any other store. Second of all, his expertise is phenomenal! At every other jeweler that i have been to, I have talked with a salesman who went through two weeks of training to be qualified for their job. On the other hand when I went to Dales Jewelers, I got to actually talk to a gold-smith who is an expert in his field.

When I asked him questions, he would not only answer, but would elaborate, helping me get to the point where I felt like an informed buyer and purchaser of diamonds. I felt really informed, and it made the decision making processes really easy. Third, he actually MADE the ring for me. He made it to my exact specifications. I told him exactly what I wanted, and he performed! The ring is beautiful. My fiance loves it!

I went by to leave the necklace and bracelet for repairs however they got right on the repairs and they were done before I left. Their selection of jewelry is huge. Great place! Reliable and fast!

Let me tell you how awesome Dale Jewelers is! My best buddy had a very tragic circumstance which caused him to lose his wife and left him a in a pretty bad way financially. He had her ring and needed money. I took him to multiple places, (I won't name names but you can figure it out). These jewelers tried to take advantage of friend's situation.

Some of them belittled him and made him feel terrible. He was open minded enough to realize what was happening. We came to Dale's and tried again. Doug the current owner gave my friend a reasonable price to sell but not only that. He recommended my friend wait a while. The beginning of the covid-19 scare was driving prices down. He gave my friend advise even though he could have easily done what other jewelers only blocks away did.

It helped my friend realize the potential of the ring he had for the future. Doug is an awesome down to earth guy and his staff are absolutely phenomenal! Look no further when looking for an honest jeweler!

Went in with my girlfriend this past Christmas since I am from IF but now live in Arizona. Danielle helped us out and took wonderful notes. I mentioned I wasn't in a rush to get a ring and she completely understood. She would follow up every month or two just to check in. When I was finally ready, she still had all the original notes and was very communicative and helpful!

I sent a stone in, she ordered the ring, and had it set and back in the mail to me in less than two weeks. Just an absolutely amazing experience without the high pressure sales team you would expect from other jewelry stores. Thank you Danielle and Doug, truly and wonderful ring!

I can't begin to Express how I feel about Dale's. Everything from customer service to how I was taken care of for my fiancee's engagement ring. My mother handed down her ring so I could give it to her. I had the ring reset and appraised. Doug did a knock out of the park job. It brought me to tears when I picked it up. The people at Dale's are absolutely wonderful! Somehow I managed to bend my wedding ring and was very concerned I wouldn't be able to fix it. Not only did the jeweler at Dale's go out of his way to be available when it was most convenient for me, but he fixed my ring beautifully! I'm so grateful for his kindness and service especially during this unsettling time in our country right now. I highly recommend Dale's jewelers for all your jewelry needs.

We've had great experiences with Dale's Jewelers. We have had several custom pieces designed, and the jewelry is unique and Doug always works hard until we are satisfied and happy with the pieces. I also enjoy the opportunity to look through loose diamonds using a loop to better appreciate the differences in a diamond's four C's.

Doug and his staff were so great when my husband and I were picking out engagement and wedding rings. The suppliers had an issue with timing but they did everything to make it right and even gave us a temporary ring! This is one of the best jewelers we visited and will definitely be doing business here again!
