Fantastic Jeweler! Friendly, informative, HONEST and do an excellent job. They have done repairs on two different pieces for me and both have turned out super! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! And, very reasonably priced!

Jensen Jewelers is top notch! I worked with Hannah up front and Kalynn was my master behind the scenes jewelry artist! Both ladies are professional, friendly, and very helpful. I bought a wedding set at another store and they made sure the set was taken care of and fit me perfectly. I also had diamonds from my previous wedding set put into a lovely new ring.

I am 100% happy with everything! They even helped my husband pick out a new wedding band that he loves. I will be coming to this jeweler exclusively while we still live in Michigan!

My husband purchased my rings for an anniversary gift. 18 years later I suddenly discovered the diamond was loose. While looking at my diamond the wonderful clerk noticed my wedding band was tight. So we had them sent out to get resized and polished. My rings came back and they were beautiful! Just like new. Everyone was very kind and helpful I highly recommend Jensen's.

I found my perfect ring within 5 minutes in the store. Service is immediate, friendly and helpful. They do not try to sell you, they try to satisfy you with exactly what you have in mind. I told Mardell, the lady that helped us that I wanted contemporary. She led me to the exact ring that I had seen when I first arrived and the same ring my daughter also found for me. I LOVE it!

My wife and I have visited Jensen Jewelers in Hudsonville and have been very rewarded. Jensen Jewelers has an estate section. But they also have a vast collection of silver & gold coins & gold and silver jewelry. We have bought some very nice jewelry and some awesome coins. What has been to our benefit has been the professional knowledge of Geoff and Mark. By virtue of their recommendations we are extremely satisfied with our shopping experience at Jensen Jewelers.

I always find what I am looking for at Jensen Jewelers! I have always enjoyed everyone that waited on me too! I looked all over for a special bracelet for my daughter this Christmas an just could not find the perfect one! Then i found it at Jensen! They had the special one for her an she loves it! I even had a chain put on it so she would not have to worry about loosing it! It is always nice shopping at local dealers!

Roxanne was the best help for us in purchasing an engagement ring! We went to several other stores, but none had lower prices than Jensen Jewelers. They were super personable and professional - all while genuinely caring for us as people. We will definitely be going back for our wedding bands!

I went in here just by chance. My fiance and I were walking the mall and we thought we'd look and see what they have for him, our wedding is nearing and he has not found anything he likes. He'll make up his mind on something and then a couple of days later change his mind again. The girl was showing us what they have and I could tell on his face he wasn't in love with it.

They were having their Black Friday sale and it was a good deal, so I told her we will go home think about it make sure it's what he wants and doesn't change his mind again and we would come back before Black Friday since it was a good deal. The girl rolled her eyes walked away to get her card came back handed her card to me and said seems like it's what he wants but I guess here you go, with such attitude. You just loss your sale. We were actually going to come back. Not now. I'll never be back. Come to find out her card said she was the assistant manager.

NO BETTER JEWELRY STORE! My engagement ring, wedding band, and husbands wedding band were all from Jensen Jeweler's. They made the experience so fun and so exciting. We love our rings so much and it was a pleasure working with Dan, Cassidy and Sophie! Would highly recommend them to anyone. There are so many options, and so many good prices. We couldn't be happier!

We purchased my engagement ring from here and loved the entire experience. We shopped around many jewelers in the area and they were by far the best. They had an excellent selection of Lab Grown diamonds. The specific diamond I wanted is rare and was not in stock but they ordered it immediately and had it just two days later! They are very fast, friendly and helpful! They are also very honest and trustworthy. I would 100% recommend going there for all your jewelry needs!

New manager is amazing! She helped me and my wife pick out the perfect engagement ring, and their jewelers were super helpful getting it customized to our liking.

Happy with the ring and services. but I HATE that they call me weeks before my payment is due and harass me almost daily until I pay it. If you're thinking about financing through them, don't. Their interest rates are like 23%.
