My boyfriend's words "We just paid almost $260 to have your rings sized to fit and they barely fit your pinky." I was so excited to get the call today that my rings were ready. I dropped them off about a week ago when they were size 4. They sized me at 7 1/2 and after going on & making a big deal about how they only size up 2 sizes they put the sizing rings on my finger starting at 8 1/2 & got it down to a very snug 7 1/2.
The combination of them being the professionals & knowing what they're doing plus them saying they only upsize 2 sizes made me feel like I should just accept the professional opinion of what size fit me. My rings did not fit. They sprayed glass cleaner on my finger to try to force it to fit.? The wedding band is smaller than the engagement ring. When I brought that up she put it on the size cone without specifically showing me, and said it was the same size.
They said to give it a week of trying it on at different times in the day depending on how swollen my finger is & if it doesn't fit at that time bring it back in & they will charge me more $ to size it to fit. So it just doesn't fit, I was upset about having to pay more $ again (not to mention waiting again) but they didn't seem to care at all. Very disappointing experience after doing my research to find the best place to trust with my ring & reading all of their good reviews.
My boyfriend refuses to give them any more of our $ so I'll have to find somewhere else to make my rings fit. :( As far as positives the staff are very friendly, relaxed atmosphere & my rings were beautifully cleaned; so sparkly! *Late Edit: I took my rings somewhere else to have them sized correctly. He showed me on the sizer that Jewelry Emporium sized them to 7.
So even though the agreed upon, snug fitting size of 71/2 was the goal they sized it to a 7. I would never have written a bad review if they would have offered to size it CORRECTLY to the agreed upon size for no additional charge since it was their bad, but that's not what happened so here we are.

Went to Jewelry Emporium a month ago specifically to shop for a Pandora ring and was treated like I was purchasing a $1,000 ring. Great customer service. Will be returning in the future for larger purchases, instead of any other jewelry store because of how we were treated during our visit. They also hand wrapped the Pandora ring beautifully! All around great experience and highly recommend!

Only 5 stars? How about a 10! I have trusted Susan, owner of Jewelry Emporium, for decades. She, as well as her staff, who she so carefully and professionally trains are the best in the industry. This month I had to have my (41 y.o.) wedding ring altered and it was a complex process. When I got it back it was absolutely perfect and looked even better than when I brought it in.
The personalized and genuine care in this store is evident from the moment you walk in the door and because of that I have referred my family members and friends and they all feel the same.

I will recommend Jewelry Emporium to everyone I know! I worked with Susan, and she was absolutely incredible. She put in lots of effort behind the scenes and took the time to tailor the engagement ring to exactly what I wanted. Her shop is beautiful and welcoming, and she is incredibly knowledgable about her craft. As a guy who didn't know the first thing about rings, she made this simple and easy to understand.
She also stocks absolutely beautiful rings. She had a super fast turnaround for getting a diamond set last minute. I couldn't speak highly enough of Susan and Jewelry Emporium!

This review is LONG overdue but I definitely feel it is needed! Long story short; an hour before my wedding rehearsal I decided to try on my wedding band (bought from the JE) because I was so excited at how gorgeous it was. I did not notice the small spider bites on the side of my finger and unfortunately it swelled up 3 sizes from them and got very aggravated when I put the ring on.
I ended up with a stuck ring, painfully swollen finger, and late to my wedding rehearsal. I either had to go get my finger cut off or the ring. We called the Jewelry Emporium and asked what to do and they told us to come straight in and they would get it off. The staff felt so bad for my situation and helped me cut the ring off and THEN let me borrow the same ring that was in the store for my wedding ceremony the next day so my day wasn't ruined.
I sadly had to get my original band resized 2 more times due to the permanent damage of my finger and each time they went ABOVE AND BEYOND with support and help. I have never experienced such kind and helpful people and absolutely owe so much happiness to them! My husband and I love our beautiful wedding bands and will definitely return to the Jewelry Emporium in the future for any other items!

Would give 10 stars if I could! Susan and her staff were unbelievable. I had the worst thing happen to any bride; I lost my beloved wedding set. After trying to go through the original jeweler to work with my insurance, he was still dragging his feet after 4 months! I decided to find an owner-operted jewelry store and found Jewelry Emporium on Google.
Not only did she work with my insurance and start to finish was a mere month, but she was so patient with me in building my dream wedding set replacement in my insurance budget. In addition, she has the most beautiful stock and the best warranty I've ever seen. She and her staff genuinely care for their clients. I will never shop anywhere else for jewelry. Highly recommended!

I have consistently been impressed with the staff and their knowledge at Jewelry Emporium. They designed a necklace for me that completely exceeded my expectations and had it finished well before the date that they had originally given me. They offer a wide range of jewelry designs and styles and the staff is very courteous and helpful!
