Gold Diggers

I returned defective earrings immediately after purchase by USPS with signed receipt of delivery and a tracking #. The Gold Digger repair service on Sturgis Road tried to say that the post office is lying and they didn't get the return package, but I have the tracking # with the store's signature to show delivery was released to the store. Wanda from Gold Diggers on phone there was rude and hung up on me when I said I have the store signature on USPS tracking.

I still have no replacement after a month so I turned them into Better Business Bureau and USPS. Might have to take this to small claims court. Their lifetime warranty is worthless. Horrible service, unethical business, liars and thieves.

A nice selection of black hills gold along with some nice novelty items. Prices are good.

Nice shop, great selection, and THE BEST PRICES. The two gentlemen running it were customer service super stars! They even hammered out my ring that had a flat spot for free. My wife and I love our rings we got there.

This company is HORRIBLE! They are a SHADY operation. They are dishonest and disrespectful. Run, don't walk! Don't trust them! What looks like a good deal isn't what it seems. I'd give them 0 stars if I could!

My oldest son picked out a ring for his future wife for her birthday. She is turning the BIG 5 years old, one whole hand. The sales lady was so helpful helping him pick out the perfect ring. She went above and beyond.

Bought a ring here as a gift for mom. Ended up being too small have contacted them several times about an exchange for the proper size they won't even acknowledge us. Once they get your cash they don't care.

The lady that helped me showed me exactly the price range I was asking for. Let me take my time ( definitely no pressure sales). I purchased 3 rings and a bracelet and necklace. ( All within my budget and under $300 total). I just wanted some pieces to add to my granddaughters jewelry collection as they get older. I can tell you the jewelry is definitely sold at discount prices. ( I have priced Black Hills jewelry and they are a lot more spendy than I paid). So if you ever find your way in Rapid City come here and pick up a piece or two.

On July 15, 2020 I stopped at this store and spent $320.44. The sales person was quite personable and helped me choose several gifts for family members. She told me since I had spent more than $300.00 I was entitled to choose a couple gold colored bangle style bracelets at no charge. I chose two and set them on the counter assuming they would be bagged with my other items.

Apparently she forgot and I left the store without them. I didn't realize they were not placed into the bag until I returned to my home in the Palm Springs area of California. I placed a phone call to the store where they were purchased. The lady recalled they had been left on the counter. I asked that she put them in an envelope and send them to me.

She said she would visit with the owner or manager but I got the feeling there was no real plan to send them to me. It is a shame when a company would not try to go out of their way to send the missing items. Doubt I will ever be back in the area again but I doubt very little I would shop there again. Anyone needing Black Hills Gold Items might want to choose a more honest place to do business. Let the buyer beware.

I visited the store Gold diggers this passed may. I purchased a ring marquee shaped with a diamond in black hills gold. Gorgeous and reasonably priced. The owner and staff were kind respectful friendly and was a pleasure to meet such down to earth people. They have beautiful jewelry and the best prices in area. God bless and loving my ring. We make 2-3 trips to Rapid City a year. Gold shopping is a tradition and Gold Diggers is one of our regular stops. They carry most brands of Black Hills Gold. Quality is brand specific so know your gold when you buy.

I visit the area at least twice a year and Gold Diggers is always a stop; reasonable prices and friendly staff. The usually only have 2 people behind the counter, but the staff is good at working with multiple customers as long as the customers are willing to "share" the time with other customers. Love it.

They had a very good selection and their prices seemed comparable to other places. It was very busy while I was there and there were only 2 people working. Perhaps they should have had another person. Other than that, though, it was a great store. The people working there were friendly. Oh, also if you are buying a lot (I bought 7 pieces), they will probably give you a little discount.
