Antique jewelry has to be estimated to be at least 100 years old to be appraised as an antique. Modern Jewelry is defined as having been made more currently but not limited to 50 or more ears. Stephen worked patiently with me to recreate a custom engagement ring that had been lost many years ago. Working from of old Polaroids he was able to create a wax mock-up for me to review, modify, and even add a few upgrades. My wife and I are very thankful for his patience and expertise. We will certainly return to Les Crago for or next jewelry purchase.

We went to Les Crago because we thought we could trust them and get value for our money. The engagement ring we got from them is beautiful. We decided to get the matching wedding band from Les Crago as well. Pam showed us a beautiful straight-cut matching wedding band. We ordered this matching wedding band, but the ring that came in is cut jagged to fit against the engagement ring.
This is not at all what I wanted as I'll be wearing the wedding band alone at times for work. Because this ring is considered "custom-made, " we cannot return it. Now, I have no wedding band and a very expensive ring I do not want. Pam did not tell us that by "matching, " she meant the wedding band would be cut to fit the engagement ring (even though the ring I tried on in-store was straight-cut), and she did not tell us that this ring is custom-made and cannot be returned.
This information was not on our receipt either. Their solution? Buy another ring from them. I don't know where the money will come from as we didn't budget for their very expensive mistake. Think twice before buying jewelry here as you might end up spending a lot more than you bargained for to get what you want. I want to try to help others avoid this nightmare.
