So many bad reviews here, but they're all related to a vote about a school district levy in 2021- completely irrelevant and inappropriate for a review of a business. Stafford's is a lovely family-owned business, that takes great care of all their customers, even those who aren't "fancy well-dressed people" (goodness knows I wasn't when I walked in haha). Shannon was incredibly sweet, helpful, informative and kind.

We were never pressured to buy anything but felt confident that this was a place worth patronizing, so we came back without hesitation. I wholeheartedly recommend Stafford's for all your jewelry needs.

I came here searching for a wedding ring. The process from start to finish was top shelf. We create a custom design wedding ring and it turned out beautifully. The process could not have been any easier and the staff could not be anymore helpful with make sure to keep a keen eye on detail. Can't thank everyone enough.

I've bought a lot of jewelry from Nick Longo at Staffords over the years. He is truly a great guy and will always have your best interest in mind. He won't pressure you into anything. Very friendly and great place to buy! I will recommend Staffords to anyone I know!

I've read the bad reviews, but want to report that I had an exceptional experience there. Bought our wedding band set there 30+ years ago. My ring needed to be buffed up. Upon handing it back to me (it looked great), she indicated that it was due to be re-plated with Rhodium, but would take 24 hours. It was just $35 (think $1 per year). I didn't have the time, but thanked her for letting me know and told her I was going to come back for that service.

As I walked to my car, I had difficulty getting this ring over my knuckle, so knowing that sizing is what they do I asked her to tell me the size the ring was, and to measure me today. I went from 9 to 10.5. She said "For $50, I'll do both the resizing and re-plating". More than fair. I left the ring, picked up the following day and I'm completely happy.

I absolutely love my jewelry from Stafford's. I receive lots of compliments on my Diamond. They take the time to listen to what I'm looking for.

The owner of this company is using money from this business to attack a local school district. When he is not trying to stoke a mob uprising against the local school for passing a levy, he is attacking people for playing golf on a nearby park. He is a menace to the community.

I recently purchased an engagement ring from Stafford. I can't recommend them enough. I shopped around quite a bit and Stafford was, hands down, the only place I wanted to spend my money. If you want a pushy commission driven salesperson, this is not the place for you. This is the ONLY jewelry store I found that will leave you alone when you want left alone.

They will not try to upsell you either. Shannon was great to work with. I could tell she wanted what was best for me, not her pocket. Ignore the fake negative reviews. If you are looking for jewelry, this is the place to go.

Professional, affordable, and customer oriented are a few words that describe Stafford Jewelers. I went here to shop for an engagement ring and was met with professionalism and a knowledgeable staff. I didn't feel pressured and when I pull the trigger I will buy the ring from Stafford. I am originally from Dayton and checked them out when I was visiting family. I will drive from Lexington to give Stafford my business; that is how great and friendly the staff was.

Very rude service all around - everyone seemed too busy to help us. (Also it seems as though the owner is going through all the one-star reviews and lying to say they're "fake".that should be all you need to know.) please go to another jeweler and get good service.
