Very cute variety! If you want to be ignored and snubbed while shopping then this is the place for you! The women running the store need to put their noses down and be kind. Lost sales, went elsewhere for southern hospitality.

Rudest salespeople. Totally ignored me standing at the counter for over ten minutes while they chatted with another customer they knew. Next they turned to help another customer who pointed out that I had been waiting longer. They still did not assist me. I have been a good customer of this business in the past but will not spend any more money there.

Cute stuff and seems like decent quality apparel however the staff are selective in whom they make feel welcome in the store. I was wearing shorts and baggy t-shirt after taking my child for a walk in the stroller. Barely got a hello went I came in to check out the Easter section. The woman behind me entering the store received a completely different treatment.

She was wearing a beautiful dress that looked from the place. I guess you need to dress better to get a decent welcome here. Not sure if it's possible to feel completely invisible and ignored, AND closely watched at the same time but I did. I won't be returning or purchasing anything from Charlotte's.

I purchased a clear purse a few weeks ago to take to PNC arena events. The first time I used it was this past Tuesday. The screws apparently fell out and the chain strap came off. My husband tried to fix it but has been unable to. I paid more than $30 for a piece of junk that is WalMart quality. When I called Charlotte's, they basically said no refunds after two weeks and referred me to a repair shop where I would have to pay to get it fixed. That is not good customer service. I will not be back.

The clothes are fabulous. This store features a creative collection of unique lines that you won't find anywhere else in Raleigh. And I love that! And the jewelry and home decor cannot be overlooked either. If you need a quick, but thoughtful gift, you can find it here!

The best store to shop for Women's Clothing while shopping for gifts for anyone! Anyone! Their baby department has my favorite line, The Beaufort Bonnet Company and their men's department has the most handsome leather accessories by The Bartongton Group! I also love the line of jewelry, Julie Vos that Charlotte's stocks heavily!

Not a bad place! Didn't find what we were looking for, but the storefront was nice.

Horrible / non-existent return policy. I purchased some jewelry that I ended up wanting to return unused(exchanging for store credit would have been fine). When I went to return the items I was told that I purchased my items during a sale and that all of those sales were final. There was no mention of a sale, let alone anything that indicated that the jewelry could not be returned when I was purchasing it.

I asked if I could exchange for store credit, I was also told no. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere with better customer service. There are plenty of other places that are honest nearby.

Nice enough selection of gift items, jewelry and clothes but the staff, particularly the sales associate "Sharon", is consistently unwelcoming. So much so that I will not be returning.

The store is great! Well curated to save you time on just the right top, pants, jewelry. Also adorable kids and babies, as well as home accessories.

If I could rate it with zero stars I would. they are not worthy of a 1 star review. This store does not stand behind their return policy of 2 weeks returns. They threatened to call security on me. I was with my 3 yr old. Guess I look totally dangerous. There are 22 yr old millennial SNOTS working in this store who think they are better than everyone else. like PLEASE you are working retail in Raleigh NC.

Get a life. Will never shop here again. Lose the snotty attitude. You are not that great. Get behind the products you sale AND your return policy and honor it! Otherwise put all sales final on your receipts. You guys deserve to go out of business.

I ordered something online that they didn't have in stock and needed by a certain date. Rather than cancelling the order, Charlotte's made sure to get it in the store and ship it over night so that I would have it. Excellent customer service! I would definitely order from them again.

I have purchased many items from Charlottes over the years, I have found that if there is any problem, i.e. an expensive purse strap breaks, a garment rips, they simply REFUSE to give any help or stand behind their products. If you want reputable service, I would suggest you look elsewhere. Secondly, if you ask a question and the staff does not know answer, they appear totally "clueless" - the "dear in the headlights".

They do not say, "I don't know the answer but I will surely find out" or " I will get this information and get back to you on this". No, I would not say that Charlotte's has the best customer service or quality product.

I do not recommend this store. A few months ago, I bought a pair of earrings from them. They cost $25 or $30. Obviously, they were costume. Not my first pair of fake-gold earrings, but they turned and are now unwearable. When I called to tell them, they said that was what I should expect at that price point. I pointed out that lots of stores sell fake jewelry and it holds up for much, much longer than a few months.

She said they're a small store and can't guarantee their products like larger retailers can. REALLY? Then maybe they should take more care in the quality of the products they sell in the first place. I'd love to support a local retailer over a national chain, but not if you're going to act like I am the fool for purchasing your products in the first place.

Not unlike it's sister location at Cameron Village, this place is packed with good gift items. They specialize in monogrammed goods -- like wine glasses, place mats, and purses. Lots of household-y decor items here, plus some jewelry and handbags with fierce animal print and other designs, and frivolous accessories like frames, journals, checkbook covers, and so on. A good place go for a special occasion item (new baby, bridal shower, etc.).

Fun, stylish jewelry and gift store in Cameron Village. When I was in college, this place had a reputation for being the in spot to get the "in" silver bead necklaces and earrings everyone was wearing. They have plenty of kinds of jewelry to pick from, though - not just the super-preppy stuff. In addition, there are cute bags, glassware, and some personalize-able things.
