I had called many jewelers trying to get this specific Tudor Chrono so that I could have it in time for my wedding next year and was told over and over that it would be anywhere from a 1-3 year wait. So I couldn't believe it when I called Perrywinkle's and Winkle told me that I could actually put a deposit down to order it so I would have it in time.

Roughly 3 months later she gives me the call and I was able to make a trip down to pick it up. I couldn't be happier with the help she provided and knowing that I wouldn't have to look for a last minute replacement next year as the date drew closer and closer.

Winkle herself helped me design a stunning piece of art with my fiancee for her ring. We decided on a wrap to compliment her solitaire heart shaped diamond. It came out beautiful. Pictures don't do justice. My Bride to be loves it as do I. From design to sending me photos of the cad image and to final payment it was flawless. The ring had to be custom designed and created in a good price range I had. Like I said. Stunning. Def go here. Small biz over a mall crawl everyone gets the same. Very very happy

After visiting and talking to almost every jewelry store in the Burlington area, Perrywinkle's was the clear choice for our engagement ring. They were able to custom-build a ring exactly to the vision we were hoping for, and did so with great enthusiasm and speed (and at a reasonable price as well). Melissa in particular was very communicative and helpful throughout the process from start to finish.

My fiance and I wanted to design our own engagement ring and had planned to visit multiple jewelry shops in Burlington. When we walked into Perrywinkles, Emily P. was ready and available to chat with us about our vision. She was so welcoming, understanding, passionate and helpful through the whole process. We never made it to another shop because of Emily's great care and genuine interest in us and what we wanted.

We spent 3 hours there the first time explaining the exact stones we wanted and design we had in mind. She and Melissa helped guide us in stone selection and made sure we stayed within our budget. When it came time for production she kept my fiance in the loop (kept any details secret from me so the proposal could be a surprise!) and they even finished the ring earlier than expected.

It is an absolutely gorgeous ring. Emily is a wonderful person to work with, we strongly suggest her and the team at Perrywinkles. We will be back for our wedding bands! Thank you Emily!

Winkle and her team are phenomenal. They are incredibly welcoming and can answer any question or concern you throw their way. My husband purchased our engagement ring from Winkle and she made him feel incredibly comfortable and confident in his purchase. We have since then bought our wedding bands and I was surprised with a beautiful pearl necklace from him this holiday season.

They even offer jewelry repair, which they make very easy. We now understand the importance of having a good relationship with a jeweler. It truly feels like family when you walk in the doors.

Perrywinkle's Fine Jewelry always does an amazing job meeting the evolving needs of their clients! We have gotten many beautiful custom pieces designed and crafted from them, but the latest was a unique situation. I planned on getting a custom necklace built for my wife after our first child, and had to call in the design concepts from my BATHROOM to keep it a secret from her while we were both still at home! Winkle was able to get all of the details, coach me on engraving and coordinate payment in a very discreet fashion.

The necklace came out PERFECT, was ready days ahead of schedule and, most importantly, was still a surprise for my wife! We look forward to doing business with Perrywinkle's Fine Jewelry for many many more years to come!

Absolutely amazing experience start to finish. I've owned a few Rolex's but Perrywinkle's sold me my first new one. I received it much faster than anticipated and needed a couple links which they ordered on the spot and they also arrived far ahead of schedule. I dealt with Winkle and she made the entire experience as pleasant as possible. I cannot express just how pleased I am with the service I received and I look forward to many future purchases.

I highly recommend this establishment! There has been a recent ownership change and they were great before, now they really go above and beyond for their customers. I purchased a ring from them in December of 2017, and banged my hand getting out of my car one day, knocking the center stone slightly loose. I called them immediately and without hesitation the offered to repair my ring.

I just picked it up today and they not only fixed the loose stone, but also have replaced the original prong setting with one that is more durable and holds the stone more securely. I cannot express my gratitude enough for them genuinely caring about their products and customers. If you have a special someone in your life and want to give them the gift of quality, this is definitely the place to go!

I love this store! I went to the big name jewelry stores in the mall first and I really regretted it. Perrywinkle's far surpasses the other stores in quality, design, price and customer service. The staff is so welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. They went above and beyond to help my husband find the perfect anniversary gift for me. The ring is absolutely gorgeous, I just adore it! I get compliments all the time. I cannot recommend them enough! A+++++

I'm writing this review for my sister, she had an absolute awesome time working with them for her engagement band and wedding bands. They were very accommodating and professional. We went in to pick up their bands and they cleaned my mom and I's ring too. Very friendly staff!

I've been here a few times to have links taken off of a watch. Both times, both people that helped me were more than happy to assistance, were very professional, and made quick work of both watched. Very happy!
