We got my ring 50 years ago and it's still sparkling brightly.

Where do I even begin? first; I recently got engaged (4/14/17) to my boyfriend of 6 years. We were in the process of engagement ring shopping at chain jewelry stores. My mom showed me my grandmas original wedding ring and said that she was passing it on to me. Of course since it was my grandmas original ring it was a bit outdated for my style. I asked if it would be okay to reset the original diamond in a new band and my grandma told me she only trusted Sasaki Jewelers since that is where my grandpa got the original ring.

So obviously they must be doing something right if they've been in business that long! Any ways, we made an appointment back in October of 2016 to see all our options and the different settings. Aja and her dad were more than wonderful; they gave their honest opinion on what my grandmas diamond would look good in and what it wouldn't. They made the whole process so enjoyable.

They are truly amazing and I can't thank them enough for everything. They've preserved such an amazing family heirloom and I am soooo in love with my engagement ring. I cannot stop staring at it. I am truly grateful of the work that they did and how great of a company this is! My fiance and are are so proud of the ring. thank you sooooo much Sasaki Jewelers for everything you've done for us. Now it's time to start planning the wedding.

I'm a modern person thus I really wanted to be a part of the process of picking out my engagement ring. I already had in mind who I wanted my boyfriend to purchase my ring from. When one of my friends heard that I was in the beginning stages of picking out a ring, she insisted that I go to the same place she did, which was Sasaki Jewelers. At first I was hesitant because I felt that I already knew which jeweler was best for me.

However my friend was so adamant that I decided to check Sasaki Jewelers out. Right off the bat, Aja and her father made me feel welcome. I never once felt pressure from them. They respected my budget which I can't say the same about other jewelers. When I was deciding between different diamonds, I asked which one they recommended and they didn't pick the most expensive one which shows that they really do have your best interest in mind. Aja was really great at communicating.

Every email I sent was responded to promptly. This says a lot because I sent her a lot of emails. I also sent Aja a video of the ring I wanted and she had it custom built exactly how I had shown them. When I saw the ring in person, I decided that I wanted the band even thinner and I felt no animosity from them for wanting so. My ring is absolutely beautiful and I am more than happy with the result! If you are looking for a new piece of jewelry, I urge you to look no further, and stop my Sasaki Jewelers, you will not be disappointed!

My husband bought my engagement ring and wedding band from here and it was perfect! Aja and her Dad work with you to find the perfect diamond and setting within your budget. They can also replicate designer brands for a more reasonable price if there's something in particular you've set your eyes on. What's most important is that they treat you like you're family instead of just another customer they're selling to (which is very rare nowadays especially in the jewelry business).

You can tell they are truly happy for you when you've found the right diamond or piece of jewelry that you've been looking for. I would definitely recommend taking the time to see them!

We purchased my husbands wedding band from them over 10 years ago and it's a one of a kind. I also had my wedding set re-done in white gold and they did such an amazing job. The set looked even better from what it was before. I went back 2 weeks ago to get my rings re-sized. I couldn't wear it for over 5 years. I don't trust any place else but them to touch my jewelry.

I picked up my rings today and the price was lower than they estimated and you can't even tell work was done and the rings look brand new. The service there is excellent. They are so nice & friendly they make you feel like family.

I recently received the most beautiful engagement ring from my wonderful fiance! I have to admit that I wasn't much help when he started looking for a ring for me. The truth is, I didn't really have any particular kind of ring in mind. All I knew was that I liked simple and a princess cut. With not much to go off of, my fiance went straight to Hans to find the ring.

I went to a few different jewelry shops looking for an engagement ring and then also wedding bands. My experience at Sasaki were far and beyond any of my experiences anywhere else. I won't say the other stores I went to but they were big and well known. It seemed the other places were constantly pressuring me into spending more money on diamonds and more expensive metals.

It got really annoying, especially when they pretend to just want the best for your fiance and not their pockets. At Sasaki I worked with Hans and Aja and never felt pressured into buying things I didn't want. They educated me on diamonds and metals without trying to persuade me into buying anything specific. It was all about what I wanted and what was within my budget.

They will gladly give you their opinions which I always respect and appreciate since they know their field well. I felt Aja had great insight on pretty styles, what might be popular, and other things relevant to what I wanted. Hans offers his years of experience in the business in not only what works but what makes sense. They make a great team and compliment each other well.

Shopping at the other places was like shopping at a car dealership and the only person there for you is you. Shopping at Sasaki truly felt like you were shopping with family. It's very comfortable every time I go in there and I never feel afraid to ask them any questions or for their honest opinions. My fiance loves the diamond we got from there and I also ordered a wedding band too, which I have no doubt will be great. Anytime I am looking for jewelry, Sasaki will always be my first stop.

Amazing service! Hans and Aja made me feel so comfortable. He helped me pick out the setting of my dreams. It was exactly how I pictured it in my head. After I picked the initial setting, my boyfriend took over. Hans was amazing with communicating with my boyfriend and never making him feel pressured. We are extremely happy and can't wait to meet with Hans and Aja again to get my setting and my fiance's ring.

Met with Hans a couple days ago. He was extremely friendly and knowledgable! We decided to buy a wedding band from him. He is also helping us resize a diamond wedding band as well. When my fiance proposed, he left the ring completely up to me (smart man knows I am particular). I wanted to take a ring left to me by my mother and re-design it into something completely unique. With the unusual (and fragile) stone I had, I knew I could only trust one person.

The resulting ring is fabulous, beautifully done by the metal smith they work with, and the additional sidestones purchased from Sasaki are exquisite. All the other items in the cases are drool worthy, too. Nothing like the experience of shopping at a chain jewelry store in the mall. Well worth the trip. Advisable to call ahead of your visit, as they spend a lot of one on one time with clients.

We went searching all over looking at rings, even to the mainland. Who knew that the best place for us was the place closest to home and the same place many other family members purchased their wedding rings at? Hans and his daughter Asia helped us find the best setting and diamond that fit my budget. The Girlfriend (now The Fiancee) picked out a wonderful setting, which I like much better than the one I would have picked out. in addition, the quality of the diamond is above those you would find at a regular retail outlet. Plus free ring cleaning for life anytime. They're located downtown. It's a very small family run business, so call to make sure that they're not busy.
