He not only went above and beyond in creating a truly unique piece, but did it within the budget originally set. Lance provides tremendous knowledge and true patience throughout the design process. I had also waited too long to order the ring, so Lance let me have the center stone in a solitaire setting just so I had something for our engagement trip!
